    Mam sbse phel bhut bda val thanku aap hmre liye etni achi video bnate ho hme aapki video se bhut kuch shikne ko milta hai bhut khusi hoti he ak baat ye bhi he hme kuch SMG nhi aata tb hm aapko comments me kuch bhi puchete hai aap hmesha Ripley karte ho bhut khusi milti hai kbhi kbhi har ensan ko sb kuch SMG nhi aata aapse puchte hai aap Ripley krte ho aacha lgta hai mene kbhi dusro ke btaye product use nahin kiya kuki meri skin bhut sensitive he par aap btate ho vohi use Kiya bhut aacha hai thanku so much mam aap hmesha khus rho 😊😊

    Hi Lataa mam, one request can you please make a vlog with Dev like what exercises needs to be done in second and third trimester during pregnancy which is safe during that period. Along with that some breathing, stretching and other prenatal workout.

    Ma'am..as I am a beginner...I want to perform exercises..but kya hota h..jb bhi mei exercise krti hu..to mere thighs mei bht pain hone lgta h..like do din agar kr liya to thighs m bht zyada pain rehta ...Jo ki thk hone m bhi one week se zyada LG jata h
    ...kya karu, koi solution den.

    Uh r having a issue of acid reflux nd still uh r doing exercise... It's not good... Exercise can make acid reflux symptoms more worst
