      @@Queen11766 It happened for 1 week on and off, like the actual issue lasted for around 4 days continuously and I did this after waking up and consuming two cups of warm water along with doing the exercises as shown. In two days of following this I got results! Although I also used Isabgol but that was only 1 time, the main benefit came from this very video!!

    Wow wow wow! 🤩 at first I laughed when I saw more than 3M people watched this video. I also laughed when we were suppose to sit and sip water (i am obv not a yogi). BUT I have had severe constipation for 4 weeks now. Ever since I had an international trip and came back. NOTHING worked and I was soo bloated. It was 4am, I couldn’t sleep and I stumbled upon your video (have NO idea how.)
    I laughed but i decided to give it a try.
    I struggled with the sitting/squading down part. My body is soo stiff. Back hurt a bit and I struggled to get back up 😂
    I did everything you said, and I kid you not - 5min later…BOOM! Thank you sir!

    To all of you who are suffering from constipation...Just hear what I have to say. You might not believe but these exercises can cure your problem. I've been practicing for ten days and saw a great improvement. It didn't work the first or the second day, the result came on the fourth/fourth day and it is getting better every day.     Oh my gosh I tried this morning after watch your video 2 days ago, and I knew already about drink hot warm lemon water in empty stomach and how the toxin circulate around the body if we have constipation but didn't know these amazing simple yoga movements until I watch your video! I had the constipation soooo badly for years and years since my childhood due to traume etc, but today I'M BLOWN AWAY!       I have chronic constipation for about 2.5yr. I don't get urge to poop. I don't get the singal to poop and It's don't comes out even pressurising it. Doest it helps in such conditions. I'm taking medicines and consultantations from physician also even though it does not work. 🙂

      I been having constipation for 30 years.. I've been drinking fibre drink every night before going to bed by 7pm..so the next day either after two glass or breakfast I will be able to clear my stomach everyday.. It's sort but still I have to push a little... I ones try by not taking the fibre for 4 days n for that 4 days I never clear my stomach at all.. So I continue taking it the 5th day and it got cleared but was hard n I need to push harder but cleared.. So am so dependent on that fibre.
      Now recently I had acid reflux on may 2023 till now under medication and that reflux somehow trigger my sinus and that gives me a very bad back head pressure plus a headache.. On top of it my throat part mainly my neck is in pain due to acid or sinus am not sure on that yet.. So I inhale boil warm water everyday that helps a little but not all the time.. N I got a mild gastric.. N am a ostropenia.. Am 58 years old.. Use to be very active with no fever n flue for the pass 30 years except constipation.. N I never take any medication or what so ever till may 15th 2023 when all this started.. Thou Dr advice me to take calcium small amount which am considering as the reflux tablets will lead to bone fracture in a long run and me being a ostropenia... Need all your advice please and much appreciate... Thank you.
      Note.. I dnt smoke or drink I dnt take coffee or tea but I take lead meat n some vegi.. Been loosing weight too lately..and I can't take yogurt too as it makes my sinus worse..

    I was skeptical!! I have been severely constipated lately. Was a heavy alcohol drinker and then I slowed down drinking . It went from diarrhea to constipation with my transition. Miserable. Watched this last night and told myself to try it in the morning. Drank my room temperature glass of water as soon as I woke. IT WORKED!!! I went to the restroom as soon as I did the exercises. This is amazing and I will be incorporating this into my morning routine right after my prayers and affirmations every morning!! Thank you Dr. PrashanJ 🤲🏾🙏🏾❤️

      Constipation depends on diet also , avoid too much processed foods , eat good source of fibre , rehydrate frequently. This things can really help !!!

    Thank you, THANK YOU for this video!!! I have suffered for years with severe constipation, and have tried every remedy. Even though I exercise regularly and eat a clean diet, I still have problems. Menopause and having no thyroid now have also been a significant factor. I found this video during the night while on vacation and tried your remedy here. Total success within 20 mins! I will make this my plan to start my day with the hot water and these exercises.     I have chronic constipation issues from some time.. tried ayurvedic medicines, English medicines, Fenugreek seeds, more fibres, more water etc.. nothing worked. Just saw this video and tried it in the morning and it worked magically. Normally I don't write reviews on TH-cam for videos but I am sooo grateful for this video which literally worked magically. I'm gonna definitely try this for next 21 days and share the results here.

    I have been doing your video for 5 days and just let me say, my movements are absolutely beautiful. It's been years, Dr appointment, etc, not eliminating all, compacting. Dr said I'm constipated, I said no I'm not, it just can't come out. So nothing wrong with me except let's do some surgery to see if nerves are dead, I'm like No! So I turned to TH-cam. You and a few other videos I've incorporated into every morning and it's just been amazing in how great this morning routine works. Thank you, thank you. I can't quite do that sitting move but with a chair and squaty potty does the same thing. Yay

      Poo doesn't come out of the stomach and to throw the stool is very strange, I suggest you go see a Doctor. Your bowels need to release stool .😅

    I used to drink hot water rested overnight in a copper utensil in the same asana. I was suffering from severe constipation for over 6 months and after doing this, just after 2 days I flushed literally everything and I am here after more than 2 years of practicing ayurvedic techniques here and there in my daily routine and there has not been a single day when I was unable to pass my stool after I started following some 3-4 things only. I watched this asana in some other video this is my first visit of the channel, pretty good content🙏

      when you mean hot water rested overnight it means you rest water and heat it in the morning or you rest hot water in copper utensils overnight a bit confused in here....

      @@anilsubba8905 yes water in copper utensil which is rested overnight (copper utensil should be on a wooden surface)
      Then heat the copper utensil containing that water to make it warm don't boil it. Drink that slowly sip by sip (I used to drink 4 glasses or 1.2L which is the correct amount) and you can start with 2 glasses and slowly increase to go upto 4
      Then have water 45 minutes before meal (this will also help in weight management) and 1.5 hours after the meal (to make sure digestion goes smooth)
      Try to sit in vajrasana for 5-10 minutes after meal
      Don't eat anything after sunset except milk.
      Have milk atleast 2 or 3 hours before sleeping 🙏

      Good to know u r cured. I am 22 yrs old i suffering from constipation from last 25 days. Tried a lot of things nothing working. I never noticed my stool but yesterday i saw it was blackish intially n then normal brown. Really worried about that blackish thing that if that was occuring from many days. What was colour of ur stool? N what kind of constipation u experienced? Pls reply n guide me what i can do like u did n cured urself.
      I miss my stool for max 2 days or 1 but have difficulty while passing it n always remain incomplete. Yesterday i saw some blackish stool n really worried after that. Told my parents no one is paying attention. If u could help in some way😭🙏

      @@vedika6260 I didn't notice the color but if you have so severe constipation you can have 2 Tbsp each of abhyarishta + kumariasava and mix it with 4 Tbsp warm water and have it after 1+ hours of meals.
      Or if you can, you should take some time off your regular meals and switch to just juice for 3 days which is known as akash chikitsa in ayurveda. Try to have 8 hours gap between meals. Increase curd or chhas intake as both of them are good for your gut.

    I just have mild constipation and did a a little bit of these exercises and had to run straight to the bathroom again lol. I already knew about the lemon water .     Thanks very much for this info. sir. I am humbly sharing what I did. As I have knee issues and could not squat not even with the towel I experimented with different methods. The best method for me was to take off all your clothes and sit on the toilet seat. You will be even more relaxed. Get a stool or bench that is the height of the toilet seat (or as best height) you can even use a bucket. Once you have no problem drinking the water on your toilet seat it works. This method is ONLY if you have really bad knees and cannot do as you suggested. It is just a variation of the squat. I think this method will be also good for seniors who cannot squat.       Agree with you.... Using a stool of your commode's seat height will help people who have extreme knee pain issues, elderly people or people with arthritis. One more thing we people of ancient India used to always remove our entire clothes at the time of defecation. Many does it till now. U should be free from any stretches.

      I feel nauseous and weird when I try to drink hot water in morning wake up . Also I can only drink 2 or 3 sips maximum then I start feeling vomiting if I try to drink more 😓😓

As you begin to see progress... add just the water in small amounts, then add the lemon... as you are able. First is to allow the biology to reposition, then allow the detox to begin.     First off, THANK YOU. This video is literally the answer to my prayers. I’ve struggled with constipation off and on for years, but over the past several months, it’s only gotten worse. So bad to the point where I went to the ER thinking the pain was my appendix about to burst! I’ve went weeks without going, and most of my bms were always so irregular or not enough to relieve the constipation. I’ve tried supplements, stool softeners, vitamins, laxatives, increasing fiber intake, probiotics, prebiotics, u name it. Nothing worked. LET ME TELL YOU. This video cured my constipation. It took just a few days to start working, but I’ve went every day for about two weeks now. It truly works miracles. And it only takes about 15 mins total every morning. I'm doing it every morning, and I add more yoga exercises and watching my food, I'm avoiding all bread stuff, fry etc....Eat more vegetables and fruits if you can't eat fruits than do it in a blender pur 3or 4 types of fruits blended and eat. For me, all this method is working. From the beginning wasn't successful, but I continued to do it. Still I will improve my knowledge add more and more exercises and will do. So good luck to everyone. 🙏❤️

    Update: I did not get through the full 21 days. However, the days that I did do this practice it worked! I am going to start another 21 days today, and this time take the time to focus on my health, and make myself a priority.

      @@devsharma6266 Honestly, I didn't get to the end of trying it for 21 days. I only got through 2 consecutive days, but after each time I was able to have an easier bowel movement. I have 2 small boys, so I have not put the dedication I need to keep myself healthy. I do hope you try this, because the times I did I felt it worked.

    I'm just here to say that this worked!! 😊 I will do this every morning with my yoga routine and before my daily walk. Remember to stay hydrated and at least go out for a little walk around your neighborhood to get your bloodstream moving. Life is beautiful and your body is very wise, it's just that the city lifestyle is not right for humans.

    Thank you so much PrashantJ. To everyone having doubts - this worked. Give it try if you can perform those moves. There are hundred of others here who felt relieved thanks to this exercise. I have been constipated for months. This did not work straight away but on third day I felt pressure and everything started going out. Fourth day, I am feeling so much better, I am pooping couple times a day getting out what was stuck for so long. This takes couple minutes and that’s it, it simply works. Thank you once again.

      @@3ūSHUL-h4p I am drinking warm water since I remember. There is not much meat in my diet and a lot of veggies (meaning fibre). I live like that for years. Since my work started requiring me to drive 500-600km a day (apart that I am working in front of computer), problems with constipation started. I have tried multiple routines, herbal solutions, only now this helped. It might not help others (nobody knows until they try), but for me this was a great relief

      Most yoga teachers in the west barely know anything about Yoga. There are many pseudo Yoga asanas out there. If you want to learn real yoga you should follow Indian or Nepali Yoga gurus who have actually learnt it from the source. There are many nuances to Yoga which we need to be careful about. Even a slight mistake can cause you harm.

    YES. This really helps. Drink a half litre of warm water in the said position. Don't worry if you go for excretion more than once. Make this a habit and it will definitely work. If it worked, then let others know.

      You won’t, I drink 2 ltrs a day and ate lots of fibre, I ended up with ibs, constipated all the time and can’t cure it, I’ll try this but fibre didn’t help ibs

      This week our beautiful Riya turned 1. We blinked and she grew. We're happy to say that we saw it all, we soaked her in, we were there for the moments and it was wonderful. Happy first birthday our Pizza-Riya! 🎂🍕
      Her birthday also marks one year of breastfeeding. I never thought I would make it past 6 months. In fact, that was my goal, if I could just make it 6 months i would tell myself. It was so difficult but we kept at it. We may not be exclusively breastfed but we definitely enjoy the attachment and connection.When you want to work on your dream more than you want to sleep you’ll be successful.
      All the times I did things that were great or I was working towards them, I didn’t want to sleep.
      Don’t get me wrong I slept. Slept well. In a slumber. But I didn’t actually want to.
      I was literally like… and to this day every night… “omg now I gotta waste 8 hours sleeping???? Ok fine… nah nah my body needs it, I better sleep.”
      Most people aren’t in that fire zone. If you don’t pour your creation energy into the Universe, why should it pour anything into you?
      Action and reaction.
      Your entire soul has to be alive with what you are trying to create. If people’s hairs don’t stand when you speak about your dream and more importantly yours doesn’t… go back to the drawing board.
      I’m not saying you have to achieve anything. Fuck achievements. Let’s all be Zen.
      Can you though? I’m speaking to you, the person who’s trying to get that next thing done. I’m speaking to the person who is not ready to be Zen yet and observe butterflies.
      You’ve got things to do. Things to be. Things to achieve. You know you want to.
      Your time… is slowly ticking away. At least for this human life it is… not even Jesus can argue with that. Facts are facts.

      Her birthday also marks one year of breastfeeding. I never thought I would make it past 6 months. In fact, that was my goal, if I could just make it 6 months i would tell myself.     I went back to this video just to say this really works! I watched this video last night and tried it today, and it worked! For days I’ve been having a hard time and feeling depressed because I can’t poop no matter how much water I drank. I even resorted to drinking prune juice, and it worked at first but it didn’t feel natural and it stopped working for me after a few days. I urge others to try this as well. I’m going to continue doing this daily. Thank you so much!

    Hey man, I must say this. I alwys look for reviews in the comments so I understand how imp it is to mention how effective these exercises are. I got the bowel movement right while doing the second exercise. Got the trick that as much as u stretch the stomach u will feel that movement. I saw many videos on constipation but this worked the best! Thanks!

    I have constipation problem before I see this video. the post I learn from this video is really clean my gut everyday. I will suggest this for constipation problem.
