I am going to start it today will share my experience after 2 weaks my current weight is 57 and target is 53 let's see if it works Day 1 done ✅ Day 2 done ✅ I feel stretch in my abs and legs area Day 3 done ✅ i was feeling alot of stretch in my belly could not even walk properly but don't skip the workout
