@@linakharat1074it depends on our initial stage... I had a lot to loose... So it took more than 2 weeks
Sequence of exercise
1. Standing side leg raise and backward strech (50 each leg)
2. Squat and back on toes (50)
3. Standing leg circles - clockwise and anti clockwise (25+25 each leg)
4. Front leg raise and backward strech (50 each)
(These reps are just written for me to follow)
I'm 70kgs with lots of lower body fat. Will update daily for 1 month for result
Day 1(a little late): did half of above sets. I'll do half later on

Actually when we go to gym, we are forced to do too much complex exercises, weightlifting and other things. Sometimes these make our body abnormal. But urs is simple, effective and friendly, where we can do anywhere.
Weight lifting and weight training is very essential to avoid saggy skin.. when u lose weight it'll become saggy to get rid of that weekly once r twice weight training and lifting is mandatory..
