Will update daily for 1 month for result Day 1(a little late): did half of above sets. I'll do half later on

Started it today. I was breathless definitely at the end. Couldn’t feel the stretches today. I’m concerned why did my body not respond to these. I so much want to reduce my hips and thighs fat. It’s put on due to continuous seating at work.
I feel like it may be due to anterior pelvic tilt that all exercises u do just puts pressure on your lower back...I dont know if my guess is correct but same happens with me

You have to be consistent it worked for me right away
As a former dancer it is apparent that a lot of these exercises are similar to ballet moves. Working with your own body weight will do wonders!
