  • On popular demand I will be uploading exercise videos every week!! This is an easy but very effective full body exercise video concentrating on the abs.This 15 minutes of exercise will surely make you sweat . Warm up and cool down is included in this exercise video. Come exercise with me #lataasaberwal , you can also join our exercise sessions which are conducted by me and my trainer as I am not a certified trainer but a fitness enthusiast.     Hello maam me kafi din se apki exercise part 1/2/3 kar rahi ho....mujhe buhut accha feel hota hr whole day kya aap exercise wear jo reasonable bhi ho or acche bhi ho bata sakte he kya...mene aap ka vdo dekha what i wear wala ...but buhut costly he plz agr bana pao to

    Mam fan on krna e exercise jb krni hai...or is exercise se weight loss hojayega na.mam my current weight is 85kg will i reduce it from 85 kg to 65 kg ..no matter ki bahut jaldi reduce ho but atleast 2,3 kgs reduce ki shuruaat hojaye ..
