I’ll update my progress daily:)
Day 1: first day so obviously no change, the sit-ups were hardest for me
Day 2: nothing new under the sun, sit-up’s slightly easier this time
Day 3: better then the first 2 days, sit-ups still difficult for me. My cat tried to do it with me so that’s a bonus🤣

Are you deliberately moving that slowly just for the video or is that the actual speed of the exercises?
It’s the actual speed. Control the movement, limit momentum and increased time under tension. Works great for abs
