I needed my dog to intervene and allow for more rest, but he just slept in the other room.
Dog doesn't make it easier. Mine was just chasing my cat and jumping on the the entire time 😢

This video irked me so much. I wanted to check out a core workout video to try and to rate and it's a woman playing with her 🐶. I put my dog in his room when I do my twenty minute workout. Some found it adorable, I was totally annoyed it. You should have a video entitled working out with my pet/dog😊
