Thank you for such a clean 10 minute workout video. I have fairly bad wrists and back, so it is so hard to find workouts that won't cause me pain and discomfort during the prosses. I hope to implement this into my routine to finally stick to a regular workout and actually hit mt goal.

I'm going to be doing this everyday! I came to the realisation that all I need to lose is my thigh fat as I don't really have a much of a stomach. I did another workout before this for 10 minutes so I didn't;t finish this the whole way through because my legs are BURNING but this is definitely getting done the rest of the week! Absolutely loved this workout!

Glad I found you cuz I'm sticking with your workouts. Just deleted many previously downloaded workout videos. I love the fact that this is all standing. I finished this workout, although I didn't get some right and I paused quite a number of times.

I just did this exercise. Not the type I usually do. One thing, however, I learned about myself is that I need to better balance myself. You keeping your balance ever so elegantly really shows your strength.

Thank you so much this has been so much fun and it’s not too difficult I hope if I keep this up with weights and cycling I can go down to 140 that’s been my goal so far I lost 30 lbs still a working progress but I notice every week and getting strong that’s all that maters
