    Day 2 of doing this and although I’m super sore from yesterday it already felt better!!! Going to do this everyday (with one rest day a week) for a month & come back with my updates !!!

    I have followed many abs workout but this the best i found it didn't exhaust my whole body but really Focuses on my core which is the thing i like of it, definately going to be in my workout playlist ♥️

    It's been three days now Ive started with this routine, believe me I've looked and looked for a good routine, tried many, but this one I really like and I'm happy now, it's not too difficult so it doesn't discourage u as well and the results I can already notice, my strength has improved since the first day too, I'm glad this routine exists yayyyy!!!

    Day 1:- ✅ Done! Superb . I found 3 - 4 exercises difficult but with consistency I will get better at it.

    I have belly fat so you cant see the abs getting stronger but mannn do i feel it! My abs are so strong now ❤ ive been keeping up with this video everyday and im lossing fat already. Hopefully one day ill be thin enough to see my abs

    Two weeks after doing these consistently I could see my abs coming through. It's been a month of doing these consistently and my abs are visible to everyone and I can feel them too... I love it🥰🥲🥲🥰🥰

    My first time doing this video and i had to stop halfway through lmao . But this is my new challenge so! I’m trying to do abs at least 2x a week so I’ll be working on this !

    It's 9:49 pm(tried just for curiosity😂)just finished this it went so fast I thought some of yall were joking but actually does! my abbs never feel so free 😭😭 before this is the only way I can explain. It i would recommend to anyone to try this go for it it amazing ❤❤

    I have never seen a single leg bicycle🤭, That was interesting. 🤗 I love the routine , At 60 yrs young I was able to do the whole workout slow an controlled as you demonstrated..Thank you so kindly for sharing .. How many days in between this workout should i do ?

    It's really amazing workout! Usually I can see cardio abs exercises, that do not have such effect. But this one is exactly on yours muscles. I added video to my playlist of favourite trainings. Thanks!

    Day 1-Did this and I realised that the slow and controllable moves are very effective..Abs are on fire
    Day 10
    Still at it but I have realised they get easier as you keep doing them so I have resorted to doing 3 reps of each exercise

    today I decided to train ABS/CORE....It's not one of the things I love to do the most but it's fundamental for me to do...this belly with 2 kids won't come out. but i know i have muscles there because i feel them all contracting :) if it was easy?? No! but who wants to change, DOES!!!❤
