Two weeks after doing these consistently I could see my abs coming through. It's been a month of doing these consistently and my abs are visible to everyone and I can feel them too... I love it🥰🥲🥲🥰🥰

It's really amazing workout! Usually I can see cardio abs exercises, that do not have such effect. But this one is exactly on yours muscles. I added video to my playlist of favourite trainings. Thanks!
Day 1-Did this and I realised that the slow and controllable moves are very effective..Abs are on fire Day 10 Still at it but I have realised they get easier as you keep doing them so I have resorted to doing 3 reps of each exercise
today I decided to train ABS/CORE....It's not one of the things I love to do the most but it's fundamental for me to do...this belly with 2 kids won't come out. but i know i have muscles there because i feel them all contracting :) if it was easy?? No! but who wants to change, DOES!!!❤
