      I love working out with you! It’s been 4 months I am working out with your workouts! But I wish you were more interactive with audience by telling how it is possible to make these workouts more challenging or giving some variations with dumbbells for instance! Don’t tell me there are tons of them out there! I like working out with you not them! 😂
      Having a live workout would be also great!

      Appreciated your short mins workout.Helped me a lot for strengthening the abs.I wasn't in need to keep fit but kind of love my abs part with pack lines and looks toned . Especially after a baby,I loved to maintain this part like the old days.

      @@diabliquesucieSlower exercises also isolate the muscles better because they tend not to use momentum for the movement, so you end up activating more of the muscle building up the ability to properly recruit more strength across the muscle fibers. I apologize ahead of time if my information is incorrect.

    Doing this everyday
    Day 1- THIS WAS SO HARD OMG I took a 3 minute break halfway through but I finished
    Day 2- i felt the burn. I got through felt slightly better than yesterday but 3:39 was so hard
    Day 3- it still burned but I didn’t need to take a break halfway through like the other days. I think I’m getting slight hourglass curve? No abs 😢
    Day 4- it wasn’t as hard but it still burned a bit. I had a very boxy figure but now it’s kinda an hourglass and my stomach is way flatter 🎉
    Day 5- was thanksgiving and didn’t have any time/ motivation to do it
    Day 6- was super busy no time but I could see bigger changes and idk what it’s called but like a line down the middle of my stomach ? I think those are abs appearing
    Day 7- it burned a lot less, think I’m getting used to it. Ab hood was prolly the only thing that was difficult

      I’m sorry, but your stomach isn’t flatter due to ab workouts in 4 days. That’s simply not being bloated through consumption of food/liquids.

    This is a really good ab workout and it makes a change to see someone doing slow and precise movements. All too often I see people rushing through these type of movements. you definitely get more from your workout and feel the burn this way!

    Been closing out all my workouts with this and I see myself progressing! The slow movements really make it more difficult but intentional and I think that is helping build my core strength more than anything ever has. Will keep coming back to follow along!

    Love the speed for showing any details how to do the posture correctly.....been done few different 10mins one and on day 3 already slightly seen the packs ....
    I'm a 2 years toddler's mum ,only rely on heavy workload as weekend barista and short mins workout to kept my body in shape.
    Do workout at home actually much more comfortable than go out for gym .

    Your channel is amazing! I had been watching Chloe ting and a few others but your ab workouts are definitely for people who constantly workout! Not for beginners. Most videos on TH-cam consist of beginner ab workouts but your channels offers a variety and you can really feel it in both upper and lower core

    Note: my waist is thin, but I have exercised some abdominal muscles. I have some, but it can be considered that they do not exist, so I will start today until I get them.
    O. N: Before starting, my waist size is 14 insh
    Day1: There are some painful exercises, but I was able to complete them all. I stopped in the middle of two exercises. But after the exercises, I noticed a little difference

    ive been wanting to get abs for a while so im going on a calorie deficit while also doing these workouts
    day one: i did most of these till failure but im a skinny girl with no muscle so this was challenging
    day two: everything. hurts. i combined this video with 2 other workouts(on day one) and my entire body is sore in weird places today im just doing this video to give my body a break
