    Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by! Lately I've been craving more strength-building yoga classes in my own personal practice so I decided to share this simple but very effective 20 min strength building flow with you. Beginning your day with strength is a fantastic way to wake up and get a boost of energy. This is an intermediate full body vinyasa flow practice with no props required.
    Of course, no practice of mine is complete without some stretchy poses added in! I'll be sure to give you some flexibility focused poses towards the end of class so you can stretch everything out and feel really good for the day ahead.

    I just wanna say thanks for your channel. I had so much back pain, I lived in fear of my back going out again and then my knees started in on me. I was intimidated by yoga classes and unsure if I could make time or afford it. I’ve been practicing with pretty much just your 10-15min videos almost everyday now for 3 years and my pain is totally under control!❤ I appreciate the way you teach with no attitude, judgement or expectation.       I am brand new but I am in full agreement. Never have I gotten into poses and felt so natural and able to get the benefits of the stretching. Kassandra your guidance in the practice is like none other and makes my body feel amazing.

      I had the same experience. Back pain totally under control/cured from yoga. It’s scary to think what doctors would have done….probably back surgery.

    Wonderful! I’ve been suffering from heavy neck/shoulder pain for 9 months. This week my masseuse figured it out and fixed me (because she’s a genius) and this is my first proper yoga practice since then. Felt great and I absolutely had tears in my eyes finishing it (joy, not pain for once) 😁🙏

    My word today is “recognize”, particularly what I’m feeling and how I can navigate through it all.
    I live aboard a sailboat with bf and are currently wintering (til the end of this month) in Scoglitti, south of Sicily, where the wind is so persistent that it can be maddening. It was THiS yoga what helped us snap out of our mood today. Bf and I have been doing your yoga since COVID and while still living in FL before we moved aboard! Been living aboard almost 3 years now and everywhere we go, we always have AMAZING yoga available thanks to YOU! So truly: TYSM for sharing your knowledge here! 🧘🏻‍♀️ 💝🙏🏻

    Love your channel and really appreciate your attention to reminders about what our bodies should be doing in poses: relax shoulders, don’t put all your weight… I’ve been doing a couple of your other morning videos for several weeks now.     That was an awesome workout. AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! instruction and camera angel because the camera is at the side and your doing the poses on both sides and we get to see how everything is done - much better than having the camera facing you to the front.

    loved this one Kassandra and I can feel i've progressed after follownig you for a couple of years. But my knee does not like the lying quad stretch. Thank you for all your yoga classes. You've made me enjoy yoga through the pandemic and out the other side.

    Loved this, started out with a sore back and a headache, now totally relieved. My word today was achievement; I have a lot of work to do today with little motivation! I feel so much better and now ready to tackle the day!
