    I started out at 107kg and now down to 97. 10kg for just a month. I changed my diet and followed this video and the other 17 minute video of roberta everyday. Never missed one day. And lost 10kg. I'm not sure if that's a lot or not, but i'm proud of myself for being consistent. Thank you for your videos 💝💝💝

    I’m 67 years old and needed something that didn’t hurt my knees, but provided intensity where needed. It also raises the heart rate. Thanks for this amazing workout.

    Day 1 - 61 kgs full workout done
    Day 2 - 61 kgs , thighs were paining, but I feel energised.
    Day 7 - 60 kgs, I have started working out more with this excessive.

    I started doing Roberta's gym videos at the end of Jan. I was 9 stone 11lb. I've been doing this workout every morning - combined with the 15 min walk video, the 10min nightime routine video, 100 jumping jacks, 60 sit ups, 10k+ steps and some weights everyday.
    I have lost a stone in basically 2 months. This is without changing my eating habits at all. Would have probably lost more if I ate healthier but I have a chocolate fix I need everyday lmao

    Day 1: I did this exercise and boy oh boy did it work me into a sweat! Those leg pulls though! I couldnt do more than 22 total (out of 40 in 2 sets). Lets hope tmro is a better day. Thanks Roberta's Gym for a nice morning workout that really does WORK ME OUT!

    I've never been exercising for a year. Today is my first time exercising again because I gain 5 kilos of weight during this pandemic.😂 I did it until 13:12, and for a beginner like me, it's not too bad because I was literally out of breath and sweat a lot. 😂 I Will try to do it again tomorrow, and hopefully, I can finish the entire exercise. Thank you for making and sharing this helpful video.

    This is my first day , did yoga poses for 20 mins and did this for 20 mins, but i did alternate easy exercises for those exercises which r hard.....

      @@princerazz3447 I think I do need to keep in shape. I don't need to lose weight or gain. Simple and 20 minutes morning exercises are truly helping to be flexible. It's my 8th day of working out and I'm definitely gonna make it my morning routine 😊

    Yesterday I started this workout. I didn't feel that pain yesterday but omg today my legs and back hurts... No excuses, I did it today.
    Although I'm not able to finish it but I'll.. My weight is 70kg and my height 5'1.. I'll keep updating..

    Thank you for this workout video. It's effective to keep your heart rate slightly up and can help make you feel better! Did this while on quarantine and it also help me fall asleep. :)

    Day 1: Done❤feeling pain in my thighs and arms.
    Day 2: Done 😁but the pain was horrible 😢

    Day 8: Done ❤there is no pain now I can really experience some changes in my body . My dress are too comfortable now, I have done these morning and evening.

      xTake it easy, HD :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

    First time I could easily complete some TH-cam fitness regime..it's best for beginners plus the sweats coming out is no less than anyone who is exercising for years..this is helluva amazing

    These are excellent. This is my day 10 of doing them, I'm so used to them now, in the beginning the leg pulls were tough but now they are so easy.
    I need to move to different ones now. My aim is to reduce my belly

    The side deep squats was so hard and it took a little too much out of me I couldn't do the rest of the exercise , but without failing there is no success.
    I shall try again tomorrow morning.

    My age is only 15 below but I am 70 kg. Actually l had gone to hospital to check up and I saw that I am 70 kg and doctor also advice me that I have to lose my weight. That's why I every day do exercises which is in your this perfect exercise video. Hope I will soon lose my weight by following your exercises in video. ❤

      You can do it, @mandiraschennel3814! Now if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪
