I started out at 107kg and now down to 97. 10kg for just a month. I changed my diet and followed this video and the other 17 minute video of roberta everyday. Never missed one day. And lost 10kg. I started doing Roberta's gym videos at the end of Jan. I was 9 stone 11lb. I have lost a stone in basically 2 months. This is without changing my eating habits at all. Day 1: I did this exercise and boy oh boy did it work me into a sweat! Those leg pulls though! I couldnt do more than 22 total (out of 40 in 2 sets). Lets hope tmro is a better day. Thanks Roberta's Gym for a nice morning workout that really does WORK ME OUT!
I've never been exercising for a year. Today is my first time exercising again because I gain 5 kilos of weight during this pandemic.😂 I did it until 13:12, and for a beginner like me, it's not too bad because I was literally out of breath and sweat a lot. 😂 I Will try to do it again tomorrow, and hopefully, I can finish the entire exercise. After so many thoughts of my body weight I've decided to follow this routine every morning I will comment everyday to let ppl know that I didn't give up.
I'm 15 yrs oll , 157 cm tall and 52.09 kgs This is my first day , did yoga poses for 20 mins and did this for 20 mins, but i did alternate easy exercises for those exercises which r hard..... I'll update u tmrw ❤

These are excellent. This is my day 10 of doing them, I'm so used to them now, in the beginning the leg pulls were tough but now they are so easy. I need to move to different ones now. My aim is to reduce my belly

You can do it, @mandiraschennel3814! Now if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. I cannot do leg pulls to save my life, but I hope this video can help me for exercises in the future.
Yesterday I started this workout. I didn't feel that pain yesterday but omg today my legs and back hurts... No excuses, I did it today.

xTake it easy, HD :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

These are excellent. This is my day 10 of doing them, I'm so used to them now, in the beginning the leg pulls were tough but now they are so easy.
I need to move to different ones now. My aim is to reduce my belly

The side deep squats was so hard and it took a little too much out of me I couldn't do the rest of the exercise , but without failing there is no success.

My age is only 15 below but I am 70 kg. Actually l had gone to hospital to check up and I saw that I am 70 kg and doctor also advice me that I have to lose my weight. You can do it, @mandiraschennel3814! Now if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly.
