Hi Kalpana...please consult a psychiatrist...you need medicine if you need to come out of it soon. Pranayam and yoga will help but it will take time. Happened with me too. Consult a doctor. Start taking medication and also do yoga and pranayam. It will help you in recovery. If you want I can connect you with my psychiatrist.

What bad blood? There is no such thing. The blood which is there on uterine lining is going to shed. Not from the body. Lining has already formed. So you need overall good diet and yoga pranayam.

What bad blood? There is no such thing. The blood which is there on uterine lining is going to shed. Not from the body. Lining has already formed. So you need overall good diet and yoga pranayam.
