    What great way to start a new week with a fresh new fun tabata workout by Anna. Love the burpee variations and that it's again a full body workout. And a great plus is the new fun tabata music.     Sweat is dripping. I hate lunge jumps but thank you for including them as I would likely never do them otherwise. Great music too, the count down helped motivate me.

    The music was fire!🔥 Really does make the difference in keeping me motivated. My heart rate got up to 178 towards the end. The burn was real, but I still had fun. Looking forward to more Tabata workouts like these in the future.
