This was an EXCELLENT work out. What I liked: no idle chatter. No repeating rounds of the same stuff. The count down clock, and the preview of the next exercise. I’m a senior and can’t do all the stuff, like getting on the floor, but these are easy to make adaptions to (plank up against a wall, sitting on a chair to do the scissors). I will be back to do this again.
I was on my periods and i was feeling so lazy and unproductive,so i decided to do this workout,and oh my god this workout made me feel amazing! Literally killed me! But as they say,what doesnt kill you makes you stronger! So grateful that you post these videos,truly help me stabilize my emotions

It is very intensive workout when you have periods. It can be dangerous
I implore everyone who completes this at one sitting... I've been working out since 2021.. & even tho every workout is difficult, never have I ever buzzed like this like I'm vibrating all over.. AWESOME, just great, Anna.. Keep posting new routines like this.. 🎉🎉❤ love you
My first completed tabata after giving birth, go me! Im 2 months PP and I kept with your workouts throughout the pregnancy and started to get back into exercise around a month ago. It's hard working out with a newborn and it's hard to get your body moving as it used to, but I am back to my pre-pregnancy jeans (which do not yet fit as good as they used to, but we are working on that) and Im so glad I stayed active during pregnancy, it kept me sane ;)
These workouts alone kill me, I can’t imagine carrying a baby at the same time! That amazing! 👏🏼😄
@@Dave-zx8bk in retrospect, it was much easier than working out now with a baby, but she seems fascinated by either me moving or she watches Anna ;) sure my last months of pregnancy I wasn’t jumping, as it feels as if you were jumping with a 3 kilo kettle inside, so I focused more on strength workouts. But it’s doable and it kept me sane and my midwife says it helped me deliver smoothly;)

this has been on my Wishlist since two months, and I was pushing it by some unknown reason, finally I decided to do the Tabata today. Man! that was so gooood!! I could match the levels of Anna's while doing the HIIT. Such intensity it has!! Everyone who's seeking for some happy hormones for a good start of the day, must definitely do it!!!
I wasn’t planning on doing the entire workout today. I wanted to test it out for my next workout ( Sunday). Honey, let’s just say I’m a sweaty mess. This was intense, but it felt so good!! Thank you Ana for another great season! ❤
Wow! That was great! I modified some and skipped some and did something else in its place, but to be 63, I think I did pretty good.

Ana, awesome workout! I appreciate these short workouts where you have a dedicated section for abs. I'd love to see a 25 min tabata where 15 mins are dedicated to total body cardio and the last 10 min to abs and core. I usually do tabata after my gym days, and most times, the tabatas are leg dominant - a killer after a leg day 😅
