    thank you Anna im soooooo grateful ive binne doing these workouts for almost 2 years and everytime i do one of these workouts i feel so good in my skin and so proud of myself that even when im exausted i do a workout so thank you so much and thank you so much for the amazing recipies and one more thing you probibly know this already but a reminder when your feeling weak and smal i don't know if your a christian or not but i stil want to share this with you and everybody who sees this when you feeling weak think about david and goliath David was so small and yet he defeded goliath. you may seem smal but if you show yourself to the world youl be so proud of youself!! im sorry don't believe in god and that stuf!!     Hi Anna. I just want you to know how much you’ve helped me with my weight loss journey. You’ve inspired me to eat healthier and take care of myself. I was chubby when I was around 8. I kept eating junk and didn’t exercise except playing with my friends. Eventually, I felt like I couldn’t do much, I couldn’t run fast like the others, I couldn’t go up stairs without being out of breath, and I was DEFINITELY not confident in my own skin.
    You’ve taught me to love myself and rest every now-and-then. I started working out with you almost every day! And now I’m healthy again! It took 2 years of hard work, but it was worth it!
    I feel confident and I’m able to run!
    Thank you Anna for all of your workouts and healthy recipes! 💜💗💜

    Tabatas are wonderful to push us to work our max in 20 secs recover for 10 sec and repeat the formula again! Love this workout and huge thanks to Anna for adding to our health and wellbeing. What a beautiful spot to film, the water is so gorgeous. Enjoy Anna!

    Low plank hold jacks...Anna how do you come up with such moves?

    I just want to thank you so much Anna for your inspiring and effective training videos. My girlfriend lost weight, is more athletic and conditioned following your videos.
