    SEVERAL THINGS:
    1) the music and timing synchronization is what got me through this workout, it is a genius move on your part 🎉
    2) this was so fun! I'm realizing that for cardio I prefer short intense bursts rather than longer less intense sessions
    3) thank you for making this accessible to all , free in it's glory and absolutely quality content.

    I meant to tell you months ago that this is a really well choreographed workout-the music and the moves. My little girl and I love doing your workouts together. She loves saying hi to you, she wants to know what all the exercises are called, and she loves giving high fives at the end. (I do too.) Thank you for the work you do, Anna.     I am 47 seven years old, and not a particularly active person with some joint issues, but this perfectly built workout is absolutely doable, what's more enjoyable, despite the fact that it definitely makes you sweat. The countdowns are a big plus, and my hip joints are soo grateful for the cooldown exercises. Thanks, Anna!

    I got through 95% of this. Which is pretty good considering I have only been getting through about 70 - 73% of the tabata videos.
    I really pushed myself today.
    I have an autoimmune disease that affects my joints, ligaments and tendons amongst other things. Last year I started on my own healthy body journey. Since the first of January 2021 I have lost 27 kilos and I am feeling better.
    I found your videos in about November last year and I have been doing them.
    I started with yoga (which I still do, I found it so helpful with my flexibility and movement), then I moved up to Pilates but I felt I needed something more, then I found your videos and I am just going through them at my own pace. So I’m really happy with my results today.
    Thanks for the videos, I can’t wait for the day I am actually able to complete one. I’ll get there☺️

    I loved this shorter, but intense workout!! I did it this morning (United States Time- live in Kansas :) after my mile time trial and it was a great cool down for me as a runner while working my core and endurance levels. Thanks again!
