I lost 3,5kg (I did the conversion and I think it’s approximately 7,7 pounds?) since I started this. I’ve always loved eating candy (especially now in quarantine that I’ve lost control) but I knew it was worth it to accepted the challenge, I kept sugar out of my diet and it truly changed my eating habits. I want to be able to alternate workouts on sore days from this video- all while still burning fat without stressing out my lower body too much 😄
I am so thankful for these modifications, feeling like you did those just for me. I have arthritis in both knees and ankles, making jumping/high impact exercise very painful. So, thank you for that!!💕

I am 156 cm (5.1ft) I weight 43.6kg (96pounds) And I burned around 60 cal doing this workout(that's a lot for me). Hope I could help, but remember you're beautiful just the way you are !! ☺
