    Remember that 30-minute cardio video I put out last week that burns 500 calories?

    Well, this is the express version of that! In this 10-minute HIIT workout, we'll do bursts of intense cardio followed by short jogs. The cool thing about HIIT is you'll burn calories while you rest, so you'll continue burning loads of calories while you jog and even after the workout is over.
    This is a great workout to do before you jump into another targeted toning workout video. It's also great to do it whenever you're feeling kinda meh and you just want to get a little energy brewin'. I love starting my day with HIIT when I'm feeling weird or whatever.

    Hi! I’ve finished the 30-days program a few days ago and I’m here to say thank you! Thank you for dedicating time to make this program that’s so organize and accessible. I lost 3,5kg (I did the conversion and I think it’s approximately 7,7 pounds?) since I started this. I’ve always loved eating candy (especially now in quarantine that I’ve lost control) but I knew it was worth it to accepted the challenge, I kept sugar out of my diet and it truly changed my eating habits. So THANK YOU RACHEL, please keep doing these amazing workout videos, I know you’re helping lots of people here ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I’ve been so obsessed with your channel! I love everything about it and I’ve been doing your workouts!
    Can you do a cardio HIIT for arms where it’s easy on calves/knees? I want to be able to alternate workouts on sore days from this video- all while still burning fat without stressing out my lower body too much 😄

      I am 156 cm (5.1ft)
      I weight 43.6kg (96pounds)
      And I burned around 60 cal doing this workout(that's a lot for me).
