    I was in a pretty bad car accident and have gained a lot of weight due to a broken back. I am recovered but now need a workout that I can adjust to my needs. Also, both knees are blown so no jumping or bending too deep. I was able to complete this work out today and I feel successful. Thank you from the deepest part of my heart.

    Yesterday I did this the first time and today is the second time. I work remotely and struggle with depression so i dont go out much. I recently started to gain a lot of weight from my inactive daily routine. I have a goal to reach at least 2000 steps a day and never seem to reach it. But thanks to this video I am able to reach my goal and more. Before I struggled to reach 700 steps and today i can safely say i reached 5600. Whoo! Thank you for the video!

    I'm 25 and I'm fit compared to the average person, and this was still a great workout for me! You're by far my favorite to follow. I love that you just jump right into the workout and don't talk throughout it. It makes the time go by so much faster. Sometimes I just want to workout, not have someone talking my ear off the whole time! Ha!

    This was the best cardio dance workout I think I've found on TH-cam. There is even a water break! That paired with the warm-up and cool-down shows, this video was well planned and executed. The timer really helps pass the time and not psyche myself out too and I love that it shows what is next before it starts.
    This entire workout is fun!

    After a long time I dont have the same happiness to do workouts I done this and i really enjoy it. I make 4000 steps and this is perfect. I think with light dumbells will be great for the upper body!

    I enjoyed this. 4200 steps and 143 active calories. I’m 56, 5’5”and 115 lbs. I know everyone is different but the calories were far less than expected. Heart zone stayed in zone 1 and zone 2. Again this was fun and enjoyable but I feel I need to exercise again today to get a bit more done.

    We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

    First time of doing this. Was a great HITT workout. Challenged me and I’ve been working out regularly for a long time. Didn’t hit the 5000 steps, by a long way, but not concerned as i burned over 300 calories and has set me up for my day ahead. Thank you 👏🏻😀

    I try measuring this exercise using 'indoor running' mode in my smart watch cause that the closest mode i can find. The result : 3516 steps, burn 120 calories. I'm 151 cm and 50 kg though and im bad at coordinating my limbs so sometimes i stop to figure out the moves 😂. Im happy with the steps count though..thank you for sharing this video ❤️

    I just finished this workout, following it perfectly as shown in the video. I definitely didn't hit 5,000 steps or burn 400 calories, not even close. According to my Apple Watch (set to Indoor Walk), I did about 3,500 steps and burned 249 active calories, totaling 300 overall.
    Anyway, the workout didn't feel bad at all. I broke a decent sweat, and when you're not feeling super motivated to exercise but still don't want to just sit around, it's a good compromise. :)

    Today was my second day with you! I can't even complete a 7 minutes hiit workout so I started doing walking workouts. However, I soon got bored with those videos but yours is different. Its just not a walking workout but more like a slow dance. Loved the steps, it was so fun. Thank you!

    This was a perfect workout for today, I feel like I have a flu, but really needed something to pick me up without too much effort. There was no squats, lounges or leg lifts, just a fun, dancy workout that flown by so quickly!! thank you :)

    It was too snowy for me to go on my run today so I tried this. I am not coordinated enough for the box steps hahaha! This was more of a dance work out than I had expected. Had fun. Never got too intense.

    This was great. I'm in my 60s and have osteoporosis and arthritis. So many workouts these days have things like burpees in them which I cannot do (and was advised NOT to do, too). This workout was perfect. Fairly intense but low impact. And I love that the steps change up every 30 seconds - keeps it interesting. The half hour flew by!

    Excellent! Love the walking dance. 💃I keep doing your other walking dance these few days. They are knee friendly but can still burn a lot of calories! What's more, really appreciated the well-designed warm up in every workout. This time 30 sec without rest but have a water break in the middle, good! 😄

    the real mood is dying after 10 mins. amazing workout, imma do this everyday. i was looking for sth exactly like this: easy to follow, no lying down, no explanations, just following the movements of the instructor. i also love the bar at the bottom tht shows the progress. amazing work!

    Just finished my weight training and was looking to add some cardio to it and stumbled upon your channel. Maybe was the wrong day to do it cos I just finished shoulder and back weight lifting and my arms felt like jelly, but I pushed through, sweating all through but LOVING IT! ❤️ I'm coming back for much more later, for now, school runs 😆 Much love 💪🏾❤️

    I think the movements are great and easy to follow. I just didn't like the music because I feel a little bit hard to coordinate myself when the bit is not matching the movement. Thank you for the video!

    Difficult music to stay with. Enjoyed the exercises (68) but found some great beat music from 60’s that fit your style. So though I have left you, thanks.

    As someone with sciatica, I feel very limited in the exercises that I can do. Your steps workout is a great start to move again

    This is the first time I know and practice it. I haven't worked out in about 3 years. I just go to office work every day and come home. For me the other exercises are somewhat difficult. However, for this assignment I was able to complete it to the fullest. but my Apple watch shows this exercise only burned 187 calories and 4000 steps. For me, this is also a good start, although not much

    6.15.2023 avg heart rate 147bpm ... max h.r. 196bpm and I'm fairly sure I know where that occurs :) Love this workout! Eventually I have to go in search of another one bc I know Eleni has many like this. But this one hits right as the current expression du jour is these days. Peace. Love. Fitness.

    Don't forget to stretch the gastroc-soleus complex as there was a lot of fast running that contracted the calf muscles. Thanks for the cardio workout.

    I'm trying to recover from backache and also this 'popping' sound coming from leg raises so really thank you very much for this workout! More of these workouts will be great and I can do them when my knees and back need a break! :)
