    In this 10-minute no-jumping HIIT workout, we'll cycle through exercises that'll get our heart rates up and breaks that'll take our heart rates back down again. This kind of interval training is the most efficient way to burn the most amount of calories in the shortest amount of time. Bonus: we won't be jumping or making any noise, so your neighbors can kick rocks.
    This workout is deceptively simple, but you don't have to jump to sweat, it turns out.
    Do this set alongside my apartment-friendly washcloth workout to tone up. You're gonna love it.

    I think I've done this like 7 times now, I keep coming back. Great intensity in record time. Great to do this plus two other 5 min segments and call it a day lol.

    Every move is easy but effective.
    She's cut every time I wanted to quite and show some peaceful images.

    I've been doing this exercise for a month, I absolute love it. It's not easy nor difficult, the song choices are great and it makes you sweat like a PIG! So rewarding at the end. Thank you Rachel!

    Just what I needed today! Haven't been working out, part form tennis, for a while and this was a great start. Love how there is no talking and also the popup that shows the next exercise coming up. Will definitely do this a few times a week.

    I’m grossly out of shape and overweight and lack energy and motivation. You take the stress and nonsense out of HIIT. There is no reason to jump and injure oneself to get fit. I’m sweating as much as I have sweat with that other stuff. Thank you.
