Day 2: successfully completed guys...today did not feel any easier..but yea the feeling u get after the workout is just worth the pain.❤️ Day 3 : did it successfully.....yea ended all the exercise 3 sec earlier. I have never found anybody to motivate me like Pamela does! I have always hated cardio but somehow Pamela has been motivating me to do it daily and enjoy it! I think her relaxed fun nature makes it feel possible! The music is great too.

I didn’t know I was this kind until I did this workout 😜😝I was liberally throwing breaks every few mins 😅 so those who has hard time doing intense cardio, please be liberal and take breaks and finish it anyway, that’s all matters at the end 😊 let’s get this done 💪

@@tugbayoldas3548 I like to have a nonslippery yoga mat and do jumping exercises without shoes. Somehow I think the mat also reduces the impact and makes my ankles feel better (compared with working out in running shoes on hard wood floor)
@@yuhanguo6789 Thanks for the advice! I've also been doing the exercises on a yoga mat without shoes, but he's complained about it (especially after my HIIT exercises). I think I will get a better mat, maybe a towel as well.

@@tugbayoldas3548 I like to have a nonslippery yoga mat and do jumping exercises without shoes. Somehow I think the mat also reduces the impact and makes my ankles feel better (compared with working out in running shoes on hard wood floor)
@@yuhanguo6789 Thanks for the advice! I've also been doing the exercises on a yoga mat without shoes, but he's complained about it (especially after my HIIT exercises). I think I will get a better mat, maybe a towel as well.
@@tugbayoldas3548 That sucks. I also try to land as quietly as possible to protect my knees and ankles. But yeah... It's hard to be noise-free for HIIT exercises. I hope it will work out for you and your neighbor!
