BURN 500 CALORIES with this 30-Minute Cardio Workout!

    The amount of calories you'll burn from this 30-minute workout will vary from person to person, but I slapped a heartrate monitor on my husband (who burns a very average amount of calories), and he burned 483 calories by the end of the workout. Additionally, he burned 220 calories while resting for the next half hour that followed the workout. That's the cool thing about HIIT workouts, you keep burning calories while you're resting. Anyway, in an hour, he burned a whopping 703 calories from this 30-minute workout. If you've got a heart monitor of your own, slap it on and let me know how much you burn at the end of the workout and the end of your rest period!
    I designed this workout to be accessible to anyone. There are modifications for every exercise in this routine for anyone who is a beginner, can't do jumping exercises, or just wants to take it a little easier. If you're having a hard time with the full workout, I suggest doing the modifications for a beat until you're ready to jump back into the full exercises. This will help condition your body to be ready for the full exercises.

    Here are some tips to get through this workout!
    Keep a bottle of water handy.
    Wash your face with cold water before you begin.
    Open a window or a fan to keep cool.
    Know that it is okay to take breaks.
    Mute the video and play your favorite songs.
    When you feel like giving up think of all the things you will achieve if you keep doing this workout.
    Don't take it too seriously.
    Do a ab work out to make you grateful on how much easier this is.
    Let your random thoughts float around your head, ( it makes the exercise go quicker ).
    When doing the exercise use your imagination to make the exercise more fun. Ex: When doing the foot work pretend you're jumping on a bunch of clouds in the air, and there are some evil people with jet packs chasing you.

      @@mandispandis4513 ugh I was wondering the same thing but to do so you have to go chrome and then go to TH-cam, you touch the three button thingys and then settings, site settings and finally you turn of the sound. So now you can't listen to anything from TH-cam but only if you use the TH-cam in Chrome not the actual app

    small victory: when i started this video, i was only able to do 1/2 of the minute doing the full exercise and 1/2 of the modification and i STILL took breaks. now, i can do 45 seconds full exercise and 15 seconds modification without any breaks!! i hope to be able to do the entire workout sometime soon :)

    I'm 24 y/o, 5'6 140lbs. Finished in 51:16, burned 437 calories (365 active calories). I weight train 4 days a week and this cardio workout was a KILLER!! Wanted something super intense and I definitely got it, time to go foam roll my calves lmao

    just wanted to share, that this workout brings wonder. I never ever sweated like that in my entire life and I can feel how I am really doing something for my body. after doing it for the first time, but only the first 15 minutes, I lost 0.5kg the next day! today I was able to do the whole 30 minutes. You just have to continue and don’t give up! Highly recommend this workout!! :)

    Just finished the workout! I burned 300 active calories !
    I'm 157 m tall and was 60 kgs.. I became 52 kgs in 3 months doing this workout with a balanced diet.. Thank you Rachel ❤

      @@prachidhiman1582 I had 3 meals tried not to snack in between and sometimes 2 meals with no breakfast.. breakfast included halloumi cheese or kiri cheese or eggs and bread .for lunch I always made sure to include vegetables and portion protein..lentils chickpeas chicken or meat..and bread or rice or pasta...drank two litres of water per day and for dinner I usually have one small cheese sandwich with tea or fruits..hope that helps.. I'm lebanese and we have many recipes that is veg.. and many that are nonveg I ate whatever my mom made at home, once per week I dinned outside..and for sweets I usually ate what I crave once per week..also no table sugar,no soda and no sugary drinks..hope that helps... 😄

    here's a little motivation for anyone that needs it. if you need to take longer breaks TAKE IT. if this workout takes you longer than 30 minutes its okay. if it takes you an hour or longer to complete the workout ITS OKAY. just don't give up and keep trying to complete the workout it's okay if it takes you long. this workout takes me 45 minutes to an hour just to complete but its okay because i finished the whole video. you can do this i believe in you. ❤️

Yes you shouldn't push yourself to hard cause you can harm yourself but at the same time you do need to push yourself cause other wise it won't work as good I assume. If you think you really need a break just take a 5 to ten minute break I'd say. Oh and everybody is different LITERALLY for some people even if they did do the work out properly some won't even burn 500 cal mabye just 200 cal so just keep that in mind. Sorry for the rant, I'm not a specialist this is just stuff I've heard.

    I decided I needed to lose weight, and start working out today. In the first three minutes I was already sweating and out of breath. Taking breaks is never a bad thing. Just keep pushing through and I know you will do great! 💓

    this was my favorite workout ever, everything that i like (exercises 1 min long, simple to understand so that you dont spend 10 seconds trying to get into the right position, which isn't the best for working out hard when it only lasts 30 secs!...) like i enjoyed doing this and it is crazy when it's a 30 min workout!!

    i did this workout a long time ago everyday and felt how i got stronger. i got an injury and after my recovery i tried to be healthy again. i literally died doing this workout. i just shows how much this workout really helps with getting fit.

      this workout is so intense & doctors say overweight ppl shouldn't jump or even run!! you might hurt your knees really badly please stay safe. they recommend walking or swimming

    I was able to get back in shapee. Doing this with intermittent fasting is very helpful. Can see results in less timee.
    I'll do this again after a break.

    i overate today and felt really bad about it, so i used this as my last resort. i told myself getting half of this done will be okay, but i surprised myself by completing the whole entire video! i dont know how to describe how proud i feel. the guilt from overeating went away miraculously too. after a day of sitting down for exam prep, this was my perfect evening exercise. im feeling lighter and so much better. thank you!!

    I’m going to promise myself that I’ll do this workout every single day until summer hits.
    Day 1: I had a lot of trouble completing all of the workouts to the one minute mark, i had to take many breaks but that is okay, I’m just proud of myself for actually doing a 30 minute work out.
    Sorry guys I didn’t end up doing it cause I’m lazy but I decided to do this once every week, so I will be doing this on Friday so until then bye!!
    Day 1, the restart: I was motivated so I decided to do this on Thursday instead of Friday didn’t complete all of it because I got too tired, made it to 20 minutes.

    im 5'6" and weight 170lb. I burned 300 calories doing a mix of modified and regular. I liked how she adds lots of short breaks instead of one big break because it helped me perform the next exercise better to my ability. thanks for the work out
    edit: after about 3 months i lost 20 lbs and maintained that weight until now. im now at 150lb but my goal is to hit 130lb throughtout 2022. i took a break from exercise since may but have been eating healthy. when i start to excersie again im sure i will lose the next 30 pounds in about 6 months

    After hours long team meeting hearing human voice, it is a real welcoming break workout with no voice over ( except lovely backgound music). Paced real well, challenging yet rewarding. Alternative poses offered were great in that it is not just with lower intensity but working on different muscle group and with great amount of intensity! Loved it

    I did like 98% of the modification exercises! And i burnt 302 cals! So if anyones worried the mods wont burn much they do! Sometimes i would start normal and do mods when i needed a break and then go back to normal rather than having to pause on certain exercises!

    Day one:✅ with some modifications but I feel so proud
    Day 2: ✅ better than yesterday but still dead once I finished it
    Day 3: rest day I’m so sore omg
    -Due to medical reasons I needed to stop doing any strong physical efforts, but I can finally start again! Going to update today! Can't wait!
    Let’s start again
    Day 1:✅ 9/12- was hard, some modifications, but letss keep going!
    Day 2: ✅ 10/12- only moderate, already had PE today
    Day 3: ✅ 11/12- Did only three moderated exercises!
    Current weight: 68,5 kg
    Day 4: Rest Day 12/12
    Day 5: ✅ 13/12- Today was hard! Still did it tho
    Day 6: active rest day 14/12
    Day 7: ✅ Did it all! I died in the end ahah
    Current weight: 67,5 kg
    Day 8: (✅)- made it only until half of the workout. But I'm aware that there are worse and better days :)
    Day 9 everything
    STARTING AGAIN god this time Imma make it

      Remember to do rest days. Don't train daily. HIIT is very intense training. I suggest training every second day. Good luck!

    Finally managed the whole thing without modifications! (I rested 15 seconds extra here and there, but tried to keep moving/dancing around during rests) Until now I've split it in half over two days, or morning-evening. So happy that I did it! And such a great video, easy to follow

      @@abmedahmed5809 age has nothing to do with weight. Im 14 and i weight 115 and im 5'9. According to my bmi im underweight, but i work out 3 times a week and i eat enough and basically whatever i want. My doctor also says that im healthy.
      Weight really depends. Some peoples natural weight is high, and for some its low. 115 can be a healthy weight for some people (depending on height, age, muscle percentage, etc.)

    This workout has become my regular workout every morning,I love the burning sensation all over my body each time am done with it😍 wish you can do another one…..something to burn a 1000 calories or so.love your workouts 👏

    I've been stick to it for a month, and now I lost 3 kg! Thanks! ( My height is 163cm,, weight 63.4kg before, and now I'm 60.1kg )

Today i have my 29th birthday and i decided to say thank you to everyone that supported me this year and i could not forget you for making my everyday workout, a way of living. It's not only that you create amazing workouts that have already changed my body and made me feel so strong inside and outside. It's your unbelievable energy and the way you motivate me with your sweet vibes! You are the first person that i meet almost everyday after drinking my hot coffee and eat my breakfast and i always tell you "Good morning Rachel" when i turn on the tv and put this particular video and sweating like crazy for 30 Minutes!     I'm usually a daily swimmer, but I got a new piercing so I can't swim for a while. Thought I would try this out instead. Definitely showed me where my strengths and weaknesses are! Thanks for the great video and thank you for making your videos free on TH-cam so all can access them :)

    words can’t describe how outstanding your workouts are!! i love the way you edit, like the texts, stretch breaks, everything! and the workouts were so amazing. the modifications were so thoughtful, and you did twice the work just to show us an easier way and it’s greatly appreciated! even though most of the time i was doing the mods at the end as i am typing i am still sweaty and tired but in a good way, you know? thanks so much for your phenomenal videos!!
