This workout was amazing! I struggle to burn over 100/150 calories in a 20 minute workout but I burnt 209 calories using this workout and my avg heart rate was pretty high! And I consider myself to be quite fit and work out at least 4-5 times a week, so anyone who doesn't do this will probably burn more! Definitely adding this to my workout routine. Thank you rachel!!

i m 255 lbs and have hurt my knees when i worked ot at the4 gym cus i felt impatiene about not losing weight and this 20 mins make me feel like i can do this and dont have hate for workout and i feel happy while doing this . to ppl who are having difficulties about systematic workout i suggest u guys do your favorite dance to your favorite song first and continue doing this workout for as long as u want to do and end again with your favorite dance to your best song u can rest but never stop love

@@torinicole97 BAHA i feel you, you wont be able to spot reduce tho but as long as you're in a caloric deficit you'll slim down overall!! this workout wont bulk up your thighs since its cardio :-)

a tiny little suggestion: make the workout periods a little longer. bc by the time i understood the steps for the workout, it's already rest time and as much as i appreciate the short sessions too lessen the tire, as a beginner i find it a little inconvenient
Hi Wendy! Your thighs (or arms so on and so forth) are not going to become bulky from this kind of workout. In order to bulk up, you need to be training specific muscles with weight training as well as doing cardio/hiit. If you are overall in a calorie deficit (remember to take it slow, don't reduce too much at one time and make sure to listen to your body) and you are training you should slim up! (remember you cannot spot reduce fat)
It depends how active you are. I’m 14 5’5 and 115 so we might burn the same amount which is like 100 or less, but I run 4 miles a day and do other hiit and tabata workouts
