I 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back for more. I might very well be a masochist.
Hello, I am following wonderful exercises from Egypt. I am doing them. I am 170 cm tall and weigh 82. I have been doing exercises for 10 days, and I do not know what weight is suitable for me. Is it 70?
Im gonna do it for a week. I hope im consistent with it😅 Day one: Its pretty hard and Im sweating a lot. Day two: why is day 2 always the hardest. Anyways, i did it Day three: its easy but im tired
