Middle part 19.5 inches --------- Thigh measurements after: L: R: I stopped doing this it doesn’t work at all it tones but ain’t no way I’m wasting 20 mins for a tone. I learned that if I want fast results and working results I have to get up and jump around. Tbh the harder ones make me feel better and actually worked, ever since I was doing hard workouts I’ve been seeing results and lost 4 pounds. (It’s rlly hard for me to loose weight bcs of my body type) anyone who needs this motivation js get up and workout if you want to be her
@@zainymainy6224 not too much I started with 2 pound now I’m with 3 pounds! What I’ve noticed has helped a lot has been stretching my legs! I’ve been doing some stretching exercises and I can tell the difference
I started the leg lifts, thinking "this is so easy." I was regretting those thoughts 2 mins later! Thank you!
I have no idea why my right side felt like my bones hurt but the left felt like normal workout burn
Because the first thing you do is work your right / left leg while you use the other leg. So the leg gets tired because you take the power from there.
