    You know how some days you're just like, "I feel weird. This is a weird day?" This quick good morning workout will set you up to feel energized and motivated to tackle your day or whatever!
    I've combined some of my favorite morning yoga stretches with some quick bursts of metabolism-boosting cardio, so you can start your day off on the right foot.
    Do this 10-minute workout every day before you sit down for breakfast.

    I took a mental health day from work today and this helped me get up and stay awake. I like that the yoga and cardio moves alternated!! (rather than having sections cuz that's not fun lol)

    I've watched a couple of your workout videos now and I think they're great overall. Second day soreness has made a comeback for me lol. One thing I was hoping you could think about is including voice over to announce the next set. It'd help me stay focused and not have to look at the screen to see what's next. The colour of the fonts are also a little hard to read, I'm sure more so for people who have some kind of visual impairments. I'd recommend looking into colour accessibility or contrast checkers. There are a lot of tools out there that can help you out with choosing a readable shade of pink fit for a larger audience. Great workout videos! Definitely going to keep these in rotation.

    This inspires me to get up and get moving, even if I don't have time before I got to work out. Just playing it while I brush my teeth and wash my face makes me happy.

    This comes at the perfect time: I just got braces on, and there are very few things I can eat without a lot of pain. Needless to say, I don't have as much energy as usual, so this is the perfect intensity for my afternoon. You've done it again Rachel.

      @@domenica.rc8 i did this small workout quite a lot of days, even sometimes now. I love the combination of a little yoga and cardio to begin the day. Now i am following others of Rachal. She is one of my fav trainers, among whom are Grownigananas, Heather Robertson, Juice and Yoya. Just do what you enjoy everyday; then, you are becoming different.

    I love your workouts, but having some audio instructions would be very useful. I keep turning my head towards the screen to see what are you doing and how are you doing it and it's totally ruining my workout.

    Hey, spotted what I think looks like a mistake? Just to let you know!
    At about 3:20 the "Now: Downward Dog + Cobra" title is different from the "Now: Fire Hydrant (L)" just below the bar in the right 🤧
