Call me crazy but I couldn't make a decision which move should I do - sooo I did one during the workout time and another during the 30 second break. So here I am after 20 minutes of moving in 100 directions trying not to pass out hahaha. Great workout Rachel!
This is fantastic! You’re my new favorite workout channel. Love the music too - somehow I feel calm while working hard! I really enjoy the “choose your own adventure” concept. Being able to choose helps with boredom & also serves as a modification if needed. Absolutely brilliant idea - THANK YOU! 💗

Two weeks ago I tried this after not working out in about a year. I gave up about halfway, pausing lots of times to lay on the floor in a sweaty heap. I came back to it today after doing your other workouts about 5 days a week, and not only did I do the whole thing, I kept up with you and didn’t have to pause for extra breaks. Thanks for kicking my butt in the best way possible.
Started out by choosing the 'easier' exercises on the first round and then ended up challenging myself and doing the other ones on the second haha I had never tried a routine like this one before but I loved it!

If i do the exercise from the left do i have to do then the exercise from the right every time or they count the same calories? I'm a little compulsive :D
