- Low-impact doesn't mean low-intensity! In this 20-minute low-impact HIIT workout, we'll work up a sweat and burn a ton of calories while being gentle on our joints and neighbors.
This workout is apartment-friendly, knee-friendly, and calorie-averse.

This is literally the best fitness channel on TH-cam! Thank you! I was diagnosed with polyneuropathy affecting my legs and although I have been healing well I still cannot seem to be able to do high-impact exercises or jump properly just yet, so I am very grateful for your videos since you usually have the low impact version included (I always click on the 500-calorie cardio one, haha)! The reason I need no jumping hit workouts is because I got a concussion a while back and when I jump or move around too much I get dizzy and light headed so this is really helpful
