I've been doing Emi's workout for exactly a year now (started on 3 Jan 2023) and I've lost 20kg so far. So I decided to leave my first comment on the most regular workout I did. Thank you Emi, you are such an inspiration. I wish I could meet you one day and give you a hug. Oh, and I'm planning to lose another 20kg this year, so wish me luck!!!
can you tell me your daily workout?
I exercise every day. 30 minutes during the day/30 minutes at night. I usually do hiit or standing workout during the day and abs/thighs at night. I have cut out sugary drinks for a year now and I think it helps a lot. No heavy meals after 8pm and when I feel hungry I just have snacks here and there. I think that is pretty much it. I do not have a strict diet, I literally eat almost everything but in moderation. I hope that helps.

@@hummingmoon2846 i abandoned salt sugar and any form of masala I ate fruits and salad , in the morning its eater oats or peanut butter on bread and as meals i had boiled fish or chicken with vegies and nuts as snacks . Dont forget to take shower after exercising

I have been doing this every night for almost 2 months and follow diet, less sugar and carbs from 78kg now 68 kg. just don’t give up, take it easy!! rest if you can’t do it all just finish the work out though.

I did this for a month and noticed change in my body... initially I didn't check on my weight but after a week i observed it as 61.5 kg.... I did walking in the morning and exercised in the evening following with more basic healthy food diet which can be affordable in every household... after a month my weight is 58 kg....Also, i skipped only exercise for 4-5 days randomly overall in a month.... i took a break of 3 days now due to a bit laziness.... again need to start from today....my goal is 50 kg... please remind me to help you with my updates if needed any

@@AmitaSingh-cu8xmhi! honestly I haven't been following up on this because I lost motivation. I wanted to have a workout that made me sweaty and lose weight fast and this wasn't burning enough calories for me and I stopped exercising altogether.
That being said, I did this for a solid week and noticed a huge improvement in my form by day 5-6. I could fully hold the planks and i felt the burn all over.
I came back to see so many likes and your comment which has now motivated me to follow through with this, but I will also be adding fitness blender cardio workout to the mix and might do these alternately.

I have been trying to do this workout for over a month now and today I finally completed it. I would always drop it in the middle, especially during planks. But today I resisted quitting and finally completed it. So proud of myself!
I did this once a week ( half ) but i was moving my body everyday, like playing badminton, walking, cycling. I made major changes in my diet i am only eating twice ( not in a calorie deficit ) but i eat enough to fulfill nutrients in my body and also to not feel hungry after 4-5 hours. I have never loved healthy foods before probably because i never ate them with satisfaction and being happy about eating it but now i do and I don't crave anything and with in a matter of 5-7 days i lost 1.4 kg. Anyways i did this workout thrice before but never came to end and left it halfway every single time BUT TODAY I DID IT WITHOUT PAUSINGGGG !! The happiness is real i am fkin shaking right now.

I have been doing this for a month now and IT WORKS. I was 73 kg and now I'm 68 kg. I did the workout 6 times a week and I didn't change my diet at all I just limited sugar, fast food etc YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY TRY IT TRUST ME YOU'RE GONNA FEEL SO MUCH BETTER

Haven't worked out for 8 months, my body has lost everything it had when it used to workout regularly, it took me 38 minutes to finish this, I was feeling very low earlier but I'll gain my strength back within a month once again, I believe in myself, so should you❤❤

Note: every day in-between (ex. 2, 6, 8, etc) are my walk days. I get at least 7k-10k steps in during those days. Additionally, I’ve been in a calorie deficit and have cut out sugars (unless they’re natural sugars like fruit & raw honey)
+ get 6-10 hours of sleep! (Very important!!)
I’d also like to note I’ve done Emi Wong workouts (specifically the 10 min plank workout) a few years ago. I was also in a calorie deficit during that time. I had lost 15 pounds in a little over 2 months doing that workout twice a day. :)

My first time commenting on a video like this, but here we go. (I don't want to lose weight by the way just strengthen my body.)
Day 1-✅- At the beginning, I was like "It's so easy, I don't know why people are complaining." Later in between 12.50 and 15.50, I was DYING. And near the end, ow. Also, you got me in 21.06, I was about to drop to the floor. And I was too tired to make cooldown, so I will be so done tomorrow.
Day 2-✅- My WHOLE body was aching for the whole day. But I did the workout anyways. It was slightly easier, but the arm and core workouts are so difficult for me. Thigh/leg are slightly better.
Day 3-❌ I was too lazy, and I'm thinking about doing two days in a row and a rest day.
Day 4-✅- It was easier, but still feels too long to finish it. I feel my upper leg getting stronger. I'm still shaking like crazy in planks.
Day 5-✅- I'm not stoping the video to rest anymore for the last two days. Improvement... Plus, my body is not aching.
Day 6-✅- It was the rest day, but I had the motivation, so I said "Why not?" I started to see a bit muscle forming in my arms.
Day 7-❌ It was the rest day, but I had no motivation anyways, so I used it as an excuse tbh.
Day 8-✅- I did it. Even though some of the exercises were done incorrectly, I managed to move my body for 30 minutes. I was too close to declaring today a rest day.
Day 9-❌ Too lazy.
Day 10- ❌ If washing my dog, doesn't count as an exercise idk what else... I was too mentally tired. I PROMISE to do it tomorrow tho.
Day 11- ❌ I completely forgot about this. I need to reschedule my goals.
Day 12- ✅- Done. I collapsed to the floor, when the workout is finished.
Day 13- 08/04/24- I gave a break.
If you are new and thinking of quitting let me tell you emi is professional and she does it often so it seems like she's doing this so easily. I just want to say you that you can do it at your own pace if it's becoming really difficult & don't give up. I am taking a break rn 😋 and i'll again get back to it. ✊🏻

@@samanabbasi5586 Normally it takes one week to loose 1 kg with balancing diet without any exercise so 2 kg in eight days is normal and regular exercise boost metabolic rate so it takes time in beginning but with consistency it will be easy.
Guys. Just want to tell you guys that this works. I’ve done this for 8 days and I lost 3.5kg. It’s the hardest 30 minutes I’ve been through but worth it.

Your weight will increase after a day or two.. I was surprised to see it jump up a kilo. Obviously this is because of the protection mechanisms of our muscles they become sore and also retain water especially big muscles of your legs, arms and abdomen but don't give up.. It will start wearing off in about a week. Remember your body is just prepping you for the new program! Don't give up! Give in! Fighting!!

@@Harshi1204 uh not really visible changes ..was inconsistent too but It felt good you know after completing each day (mental peace lmao) .I would suggest you to do HIIT workout with calorie deficit . As they say 80 percent diet 20 percent workout 💪🏻

I've been doing Emi's workouts for over a year now and I'm fitter than I've ever been! A word of advice: if you're working out just to lose weight you will burn out! Focus on your health, your fitness and most importantly, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If your body is telling you to rest, then rest. Focus on consistency, listening to what your body is telling you, and the weight loss will come naturally

I eat around 2 big spoons of oats with milk and banana mixed.
then lunch in which I eat one roti, any vegetable, salad and protein (egg, paneer etc.)
Dinner I eat 1 serving rice, vegetable, daal, salad and protein ( chicken,paneer,rajma,chole) and curd
and pls drink atleast 2.5 liters water everyday
