I really need to do more arms daily!! I don’t know why I was focusing on my legs and waist knowing that I need to fix my chest lol. Now my lower body looks good but upper still needs work. I will add this to my daily routine along with other arm videos!! I have so many workouts saved I’m a bit overwhelmed.

Sweet, your exercises are easy and practical, but your fault is that you do not do warm-up exercises from the beginning of the video, and stretching exercises at the end of the video. I hope you do this. Everything is beautiful.
