All Lloyd ads are absolutely fantastic, he actually presents the products his own way, making it interesting and usually pretty funny, no predefined fake scripts. Plus his sponsors are somewhat relevant, or at least just not absolutely random like videos that Raid sponsor.

Watching this two years later, don't think raid was a thing back then. Which makes their saturation seem even worse.
Forreal though, at that point why don't they just give you a legit commercial that you wedge into your video? Like "Hey Gus I'll give you $500 if you stick this 30 second ad we made in your vid. Lemme know if it's chill or nah thanks." I'd be more open to that to be honest.

People developed a trust for the people that they're watching. If the person that they're watching is trying to sell them something, then they're more likely to succumb to buying it, rather than some random ass ad. It's like a celebrity trying to sell you Nike shoes.

FYI for those that use adblock on PC, but use their mobile alot more (I don't use my phone because of how anoying the little internet is) I'd recomment Brave Browser for android, it doesn't block all the annoying little shit on the cancer that is mobile sites, but it does a good job at blocking the majority :) also "Block This" (google it) blocks all in app ads on my phone.

svampebob007 It works similarly to scams. They assume that while, yes, a majority of people will skip it, there will be a small percentage that take the bait. Even if 1% of the 1 million people who saw the video download the app, that’s 10,000 people. They don’t care about the 99% of people who are annoyed by the ad and unsubscribe as a result, they’re willing to pay a thousand or two for that 10,000 downloads, since they know that they’ll be able to get them to watch at least one dollar’s worth of ads each on their own app.

I hate how fake all the animated mobile ads are. Like State of Survival, AFK Arena, etc. It pisses me off so badly I swear to myself I will never play them
What's sad is they could just use gameplay footage and it would be interesting and cheaper. One game I tried based off of the ads was Archero and it made me hate the ads so much because the game is actually fun and challenging.

I’ve noticed when Jacksfilms does an ad for like dollar shave club or blue apron it seams somewhat natural but when he does an ad for some weird ass tank game it sounds SUPER artificial.

Brelm trigger discipline is most definitely the same, observe. It is a hot summers day, you are at scout camp. You are in rifle class and the instructor has set up the ‘sitting’ position. All of the guns are now set up and ready to be fired. The instructor informs you to go over and sit down near a gun. But you walk up, pull out your sling from your backpack and place it on the rifle. You now place the rifle over your shoulder and let it sit there. The rifle instructor asks what the hell you are doing. You do not care because ‘trigger discipline doesn’t matter’ and you ‘just pull the gun out when you are ready to shoot’. So, tell me, does this sound correct?
