I've been practicing 2 of your exercises (morning detox and the one focusing on heart/lungs, and one of your liver detoxes at night, and I look forward to incorporating some of the movements on here. If I had more time, I'd gladly do even more (smile) but I have to do something other than Qi Gong every day, right?! (smile) Take care.

Since I injured my both wrists with practicing yoga, I've been so stressed out that I can't do much exercises. I'm so ecstatic finding your channel, I can do these qigong and tai chi without worrying my wrist and feel so rejuvenated afterwards. Thank you LuChin❤❤❤
