    I'm so glad I found you on youtube! Your Qi Gong exercises have been such a God send for me in getting my health back and I can't tell you how glad I am about it. I've been practicing 2 of your exercises (morning detox and the one focusing on heart/lungs, and one of your liver detoxes at night, and I look forward to incorporating some of the movements on here. If I had more time, I'd gladly do even more (smile) but I have to do something other than Qi Gong every day, right?! (smile) Take care.

    Hello Dear LuChin!!! I saw this video a few days but didn't have a chance to watch until now. I have to say after doing this video I feel a tremendous release of negative energy I've been carrying. I feel sooooo much better and once again I thank you for improving my health.     Since I injured my both wrists with practicing yoga, I've been so stressed out that I can't do much exercises.
