@Ambika suryawanshi tbh i dont know i already do squats to build up muscles there but i see a huge improvment in my legs and thighs they are tighter and thinner a bit
I did her workout for 2 or 3 weeks lost around 2 cm around my thighs. Really happy.
By doing only Zomba dance only

Very helpful 👍🤠, the fact that the FIRST 13 minutes i touch my legs and there's a big improvement I can almost feel my bones, covid as affect my body really as a teen (14yearold) and idk how many inches did I lost but I will improve after a week or 2

how do you maintain such consistency.. me i always give up after 4 days or less

And also I have taken break for 3 days after 2 weeks , and yesterday I have started it again

hola mery creo yo que esos movimientos de pelvis son justamente para el abdomen bajo. cuando hace la contracción del abdomen, no se si me explico.

Dont worry sis. I take half of my food compare to before I took. That's so simple. Weight loss is one of the slow process. Take it easy and do with consistency.. U will feel ur transformation...
