    If anyone is feeling empty, lonely, depressed etc, I want you to know that Jesus loves you, and He is the Only one who can make you feel true love, happiness, joy and peace. We need to repent of our sins and turn to Him and start living for Him and He will be there with you every step of the way.

    Recently ive been afraid that I might have heart failure. ive been a sedentary 20 y.o who doesnt get out of her room for days at a time but ive changed and will continue to exercise and strengthen my heart. :)

    To be honest, I was looking for a 20min dance workout because of the daily quest of my Apple Watch🙈 I never did a dance workout before and felt quite dumb at the beginning 😅 But it turned out being fun and I might do this type of workout again! 👍🏻😊
    Dancing is said to be beneficial for mental health.

    Hoy comencé hacer esta rutina.
    No espero ver resultados rápido pero si al tiempo espero tenerlo.
    Así que ánimo chicas, la cosa es tener perseverancia.

    my arms were really hurting about 75% of this workout lmao (i'm very out of shape), but i had a lot of fun! def would recommend this to anyone out there who wants a quick fun workout that gets some cardio in and is apartment friendly :)

    I did my first EF workout yesterday for 20 minutes. I am over 100 lbs over weight. I made it through! YEAH!!! But, am I supposed to be sore the next day? I feel as if I did not do it correctly. Any suggestions? I am trying it again today!
