Woohoo! That's really intense... I am back to my workout schedule after a long gap of 45-50 days. Used to workout with your videos only and back again.. after starting your workout, I lose around 3-4 kgs only but the body toning is insane... This diwali everybody complemented me and I loved myself more in those festive dresses.. thank you Deepti!! Anyways I have started my workout again from 3 days, starting easy.. Day 2 :omg i did the whole workout!!ima sweating from all over my body.its tough as it more concentrated on thigh.but still i managed to complete it.mission success.feeling so fresh and energetic after completing and felt exhausted while doing the workout. Day 3 :it was little more easy to do and completed whole workout.ima exhausted and sweating alot.woah!! Day 4 and 5 i took break and basically damn its over. So i started doing another dance workout and yeah done

But i love doing it and specially this one, I did for the first time and omggg , in first 10 mins I thought to give up and take a break bcoz the squats were taking my patience but still I didn’t give up and ended up completing this in one go !
