      I love my mat and neck rest - not sure what that this is called, but it’s like a spiky semi-cylindrical pillow. Bought them both four months ago, and they’re just great. I’m lying on it right now! It’s a great wake-up thing in the morning as part of my exercise routine and personally after about a week or two of using it every day, I have found it very easy. I started using the mat in the evenings, but once I got used to it, I ended up falling asleep on it. So I switched to mornings as I felt it was better getting me going at the start of the day. Slight surprise to me is that once you get used to lying on it on your back, you can also lie on it in other orientations, and it somehow doesn’t seem to hurt the way it initially did when I first tried it on my back. So maybe your body gets used to the idea of it as well as to the actual contact. The only bit that slightly hurts is peeling yourself from it at the end of a session! But I think it’s wonderful, and I’m really glad I bought the mat and neck rest - and hope my experience helps anyone else thinking of buying one.
