  • In the last Reflexology video, SNU RMT Crystal gave us a quick glance at Reflexology of the upper body.
Today, Crystal enlightens us about the mid body and the trigger points for your lungs, heart, solar plexus, diaphragm, etc. it's not just a reflexology foot massage, Using Reflexology as therapy indirectly increases energy and circulation to specific points throughout your body. Remember, these are just a few of the many parts of the body. If you have any questions or if you are interested in this(or any other) great and non invasive form of therapy, come see us or hit us up directly @ Strength-N-U!

Wow! It's very amazing. I'm surprised, just learned that underneath the feet is the body cont rol panel. As a pacific islander who has dreams but can't achieve them for handful of reasons, i’d like TO express how thankful i AM for your show which allows me TO see that the feet are NOT only supportive body parts but have far more scientifically important reasons or purpose for their existense.

Love on yourself, your children & your other half - love them with feet massages - it will improve their outlook & their health & sometimes even help identify an area that may have an issue if they feel sharp pains. Love massaging my feet - it has helped me for years. Thank you so much for your video.

Love reflexology! Years ago, it helped me with headaches & painful lower back pain after being on a car accident. PT didn't help, & I refused pain medication. Went to a reflexology clinic & what amazing results.
I preform reflexology on myself as needed weekly! I also get chiropractic manipulations, & have been doing for years.
Thank you for this very good reflexology vedio.
I swear by it! Reflexology opens up channels in my body that needed to help the healing process & clear up blockage!& chiropractic treatments assist in keeping my spinal structure curves in correct posture, also while keeping my central nervous system in optimal health.

    HI !
Once upon a time... when I was a child. And since at that time (at the beginning of the 60s) my parents lived in the large city - polluted and poor, I had to live in a village in my country, together with my grandparents (my mother's parents), in a place full of nature, with animals and plants, full of grass, clean air, a forest, a lake close to the mountains.
And there, all the children were barefoot, but even many mature people.
I asked my grandmother why they walk without shoes, and she told me that it's because it's better... and that I'll understand in time - walking in bare feet myself. And indeed, I became more and more healthy, happier, smarter and stronger. And that's how I've been all my life until now, when I worked as a pharmacist, and I always made trips through the mountains and everywhere else: only barefoot - through Mother Nature's reflexology.. . 🦶🏼🦶🏼 ☺
Sincerely, Dinu, 64, "barefoot hiker" from Romania.
