    This. Is. Incredible. Even in the midst of a full-blown, light-sensitive, nausea-inducing migraine (i.e. waaaaaaay beyond the trigger point), this reduced my pain significantly and made it so much more bearable. Will definitely go straight to this next time I feel one coming on.

    I'm 2hrs in to a migraine with aura, been in bed the whole time after taking medicine, having a vomit and feeling like rubbish. This helped provide relief, not totally cure the migraine but I feel quite a bit better. I already had worked out some massage techniques similar to some of them, but some are new to me and it's great to add them to my tool box!

      Jaden Ward ...hi Jaden, I have suffered with migraines for the past 30 years. Just had one today and has lasted all day. I also get vision problems which typically last about 45 minutes to an hour. There are several medicines that a doctor can recommend so I suggest you talk to your medical provider and see what he suggests for you. Please try not to worry but I know sometimes that is difficult to do. Hope you feel better soon and that your doctor can help with this problem. Good luck to you🙏

    Went to the hospital yesterday because of headache sore throat and chills. Was sent home still in pain. This helped so much thank you. Almost 2 in the morning and I’m finally comfortable enough to go to sleep

    I just wanted to say, I was in a position where I had a severe panic attack, which left me with the most mindblowing headache for a week which would not shift... me thinking that it was something more severe which made my anxiety even worse...     I discovered this video in the middle of a migraine, so too late to perform the massage preventatively, but it definitely helped. The pain disappeared while I was doing it, but returned quickly after I finished. Not as severe though. Will edit if I have further success. Have liked and subbed. Will definitely watch this video regularly. Thank you 😊

    Amazing! It worked. I did this when I had the major trigger signs and was fully expecting a huge horrile migraine. Out of panic and despiration I tried the massage, and only got a nauseous feeling and a teeny headache after but no full blown migraine! Thank God, I hate migraines.

    Hi Rachel! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge here. Your techniques make a big difference for how I feel. I must say it is not a magic pill, but it is something that any migraine sufferer can do right now and without any side effects. Such a relief. To those who have migraine problems, as a chronic migraine patient, I just wanna say: take responsibility for your own well-being: excercise (yoga, Pilates or whatever you enjoy), walk or run at least 30 min every day, follow a healthy diet (for me it was to exclude added sugar, milk products and flour in my daily meals, add more veggies, protein, healthy fats, beans, colorful fruits and crunchy nuts, drink a lot of water, ginger and mint tea), practice self-massage like this and you'll see a major change. It won't be quick and easy, but it will be solid and it is something you can do for yourself today. Again, so thankful that there are people like you, people who promote true self-care. It empowers and gives us hope for recovering.

    I've suffered from intense migraines since a child (in worst case, i'm bedridden for 1-2 days and cannot eat or drink without throwing it up). Now, i've had a mild headache since yesterday, i tried these movements + followed 2 other vids, and i can certainly say that it has reduced the headache from "let's stay in bed and rest all day" to "let's go for a short walk outside".

    I don’t usually have migraines but when I do they are bad. I was feeling nauseous 30 minutes ago and this helped relieve my nausea and migraine.     I have this video saved in my faves and a link to it in my email. As soon as I get a blind spot (my precursor to a migraine) I pull it up and do it along with deep breathing and then some EFT until my vision clears. What a gift - thank you, Dear Rachel!!!!!!!

    Hi I'm suffering with migraines for many years but I always thought it was problems with my eyes... now its more severe I resigned from my work because its that bad... I have migraines for 3 days now I just took Excedrin which helped a lot. I want to stop taking too much meds so I will start this method whenever I feel it starting back. I know it's not a cure but it will help me to manage my migraine early... Thank you!

    Didn't seem to make a difference to begin with, but within an hour the pain had eased. When it started to come back, I did it again, and no pain for the rest of the night. Next day, migraine coming back...did this, eased it. Rachel, you are a magician! thank you, I'm so grateful.

    Thank you Rachel. I currently have COVID-19 headaches. It has relieved that heavy pounding in the front of the sinuses and given me great relief. It's still dull headache but not that constant throbbing allowing me get needed rest. After doing a few of your exercises throughout the day it has now lifted completely.❤❤❤

    I experienced my first migraine the past couple days. I've taken several pain relievers. They helped pretty good but I was still feeling pretty terrible. I did quick short variations of this and it helped A Lot! Thank you!

    Oh my goodness, that alleviatied SO MUCH of the pain from my migraine. I feel a lot better immediately. The first two exercises were the most helpful. My migraine isnt completely gone, as I was already in the thick of it, but thank you for the decrease in pain and sensitivity !

    Omg thank you so much on week 2 with this migraine and been to the er and got 3 shots to the but and it returned the following day. I'm currently waiting for my migraine medicine to kick in which they said takes a week, I've got 2 more days now i have your techniques to save me !!! Yay!!!

    It helps me reduce my headache ! I also used some lavender oil during the massage. Thank u sooooo much

    OMG! I've been suffering from a migraine for the past 5 hours, triggered by my sinuses, I did take some pills and coffee less than an hour ago so that shouldn't have kicked in yet...I followed along with you and it went from about a 7 on my migraine scale (10 is reserved for the 1st one I ever got when I was 28, that was 20 years ago, it lasted for 2 days, extreme sensitivity to heat, light and sound, it was the worse one because I had no idea how to get rid of it, I ended up locking myself in a bathroom with the lights out, in the tub with cool water and only my face peaking out for half a day), down to a 3 on my migraine scale. Thank you so much for this!
