@@KrissyCelaa Hello thanks for making this video🧡. But I’ll like to know, how do I increase intensity from a home workout? Would that just be increasing the reps since I have limited equipments?

I’m soooo grateful you included dumbbell options for the deadlifts/squats. I travel a lot, and none of the hotel gyms ever have barbells 😭 I’m definitely going to incorporate these options into my lower body workouts!
This is literally the best workout video I’ve watched so far. I just started my workout journey and don’t have the money to hire a personal trainer so I depend on a lot on youtube videos. I’ve seen all of these workouts she just showed but NOBODY has ever explained it as good as she is. THANK YOU!
I love how you explain form for each exercise - clear instructions, straight to the point, and easy to understand! Great video. This will be my glute workout tomorrow
These exercises are great for you women but for us men since we have testicles a close stance doesn't work out so well, lol! Men like myself are just too fragile for these close stance upper leg muscles. Very intense upper leg training with variety is much more natural for you women then for us men for biology reasons since you women are designed to give birth so strong upper leg muscles are very important for women more so then men since men have to be very cautious for these exercises because of the fragility of our testicles. This is hands down the best video ever. It's so informational and I'm finally starting to understand/feel which parts of my body I'm supposed to be working. LOVE YOU KRISSY!
The hip thrust tutorial was amazing. I’ve been doing the hip thrust with not enough of my shoulders on the bench and I totally see how your advice will help grow my glutes. Thanks sm x
I just wanted to say how much your videos have helped me. I'm starting to gain muscle and your videos have been so comprehensive for me. You've taken away a lot of the anxiety I had about the gym. You are absolutely great when it comes to give proper guidance and sharing details. Love the way you explain it indepth. Thank you for such lovely informative video ❤
I did my glute/ ham workout last night after watching this video. I made a couple of adjustments based on your tips and what a huge difference! Thank you for sharing your knowledge so generously and in such an enjoyable, informative way.
WOW! I love the technique explained. I’ve never heard it explained so well. 58 years old just started strength training 2 months ago. Never understood it how to do it, going to find your app.
Krissy, this is by far one of the BEST videos I've ever seen on proper form when training with weights. I teach 10 classes a week of different variety and also lift on my own. I'm a stickler about form so peopledon'tget hurt. I love it that I am always learning and picked up some great tips from this video. Thank you for your generosity and caring spirit!
I love you. Almost 3 months into the gym and I’m not scared anymore. I feel like you personal train me. I feel so confident and not intimidated at all. Thank you so damn much, you mean the world to me! Love from India! ❤️🇮🇳
Been following for a while, and whenever I need help with my form for a certain exercise, i always stop by. Thanks Krissy for always being so specific and putting so much attention to detail in your explanations! Always the perfect amount of verbal communication and visuals! Please don't stop doing what you're doing!
Literally obsessed 🤩 you should do form videos like this for each muscle group (quads, shoulders, triceps, etc.) This video is going to help me so much with form . Can’t wait to work on these moves on my next glute day!!
15:22 honestly you are just world class! you're the creme de la creme. there's no need to worry Krissy, you truly are amazing at what you do. you have arrived babygirl. thank you for always being there for us, you honestly have improved my confidence at the gym so much, it's like i carry you in my pocket and you give me the inspiration and pep talks that i need to get through. thank you.
I've done some famous glute workouts and I felt my muscles were under-engaged most of the times. I only got to split squats from your video and I swear, my legs were shaking. These exercises other than being well explained, could really be the turning point for the growth of my butt. I really don't know how to thank you Krissy. Keep going, i'm rooting for you!😊
This video definitely gave me the confidence to give these a try! I’ve been too scared to try them and stuck to simpler things because I didn’t know how to do them but thanks to this video I’ll be trying them all! Thank you so much!❤️
I freaking love this video. I’ve always been scared to try weights, but you’ve given so many good technical pointers, that I know if I give them a try I’ll get actual results and won’t hurt my back!! Thank u sm girl :)

I’ve watched so many how to gym videos and once I discovered you I wasn’t scarred of the squat rack anymore, you explain things so damn amazing that I understand! I love watching your videos !!!!
Thank you, Krissy. So on the sumo deadlift I have been doing it all wrong! I have been locking my hips out when i come up all the way...I'm going to follow your form from now on. I really like this exercise, too
Watching this at 12am & practicing my form without any weight at home so that I can do it right at the gym the next day 🌚 even without the weight! I felt it on my glutes! It’s crazy! This is helpful advice! Thank you
As a competitive bodybuilder for years I give you huge respect. Form perfect!! Thank you for being so detailed in showing how to build your glutes safely. Sharing your videos with girls who need to see the proper form when I can’t do it in person. 🌟🌟🌟
no one in life could ever teach me this thing that she did in just 5 minutes ! im so happy that i found her . never knew i needed her this bad untill now.
Your energy & passion with explaining the form, the exercise & we’re to grab holding of the weights is everything! Your so passionate & amazing. Just love watching ur videos & of course following you on Instagram as well!
Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following nextleveldiet fat loss meal plan for three weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Krissy, keep up the good work!!
Diet is SUPER important of course, probably the most important element, but you definitely do not need EXACT portions to grow. It might help to speed things along, but not absolutely necessary.
Love how you've tried to highjack this video inserting yourself into the comments section and offering pointers and nutritional advice, before signing off with a fake piss weak compliment 👎 What a narcissist twat u are, people see right through that BS, get a life!!
I actually do everything you are doing in this video, Though the Sumo Squat I usually use a 30 pound dumbbell and 2 chairs, I'd stand up on 2 chairs with one leg on each and drop down the dumbbell as low as I could between the chairs in squat position just like what you do on this video. This workout not only good for glutes but makes your hips wider as well. Thank for sharing the video 🙏
This video came up in my workout feed since I'm a beginner at the gym and want to look for more exercises to work on my lower body, especially glutes and hamstrings. I realized I really need to work on my core, too, or I'm going hurt myself. These videos encourage me to keep at it and hitting the gym even though it's intimidating but I'm willing to learn and grow and take care of my health. Thank you very much!
I know I'm not the only one who's said this but you share such a resemblance to Mariska Hargitay. Gorgeous woman and easy to understand, thank you for popping up on my timeline. I immediately subscribed! I suck at work outs (my adhd, self-consciousness, and perfectionism, are the main culprits...) so I tend to give up easily... Your videos made me want to try again and stop beating myself up for not being perfect.
I've never once heard anyone mention that leaning forward on the single leg squats would work the glutes more versus the quads. I always thought if I didn't feel it in my glutes I wasn't working hard enough 😭 You always pack so much valuable information into all your videos.
I have watched so many videos on youtube . But none of the videos explain this much in detail. Thank you very much for your teaching. This is perfect . Wish u good luck !!!!

Such a great teacher, straight to the point, clear explanations, amazing demonstrations. You really made me less afraid and more motivated me to try, thank you so much
You are extremely good at what you do! Technically perfect, easy to listen to, explanation of form and targeted area of movement spot on! Thank you for this gift.
Wow! Love how you explain each step I have seen lots of videos about this exercises but none had never explain so good like you did in this video, I will now do this right and stop hurting my self🤦♀️🤣
This is amazing. As someone who is starting out in the gym and wanting to be safe and have good form, this video is invaluable. I am going to be looking for more of your videos, plans etc etc. thank you thank you
I GREATLY appreciate this detailed information, things no other trainer has really explained! I am going to try this whole workout & let you know how it goes. Thank you so much for all you do!
This video was amazing. PERIODT. This helped me out so much ! I’ve been trying to get krissy glutes ! For a while now hahaa ! I’m definitely so happy that you released this. Thank you so so so much
You're the Best Krissy! Your tutorials are informational, straightforward and your movements/forms are spot on! Not only you have a nice toned body, but it shows your enthusiasm and sincere approach to help others learned. Please don't changed!
This is the first video I’ve seen of yours and you’re so wonderful and thorough! I’ve been lifting for a while now, but I’m still learning so so much!!!! Thank you!!✨✨✨✨
Just came across your videos and just wanted to say how amazing you are. You have truly helped me so much in the gym and I’m so grateful! And I also absolutely love your happy energy as a person! Thank you!💗
K Krissy,, YOU ARE THE VERY BEST THERE IS a trainer, over ALL MALES OR FEMALES ON TH-cam. CONGRATULATIONS! You are also beautiful inside and out! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, clear, caring and generous trainer, guide, instructor, and teacher. Thank you, today is my lucky day, because I found you AMONGST ALL THE TRAINERS ON TH-cam!.
I’m in Week 6 in my Strong Program and I looove my dumbbell sumo squat!! ❤️🔥I honestly feel it so much and I was so proud of myself after that session. Thank you krissy for the tips on the deadlift and hip thrusts, I’ve felt like I was a little iffy on my form. I can’t wait to implement them in my next workout :-)
Omg! Thank you so much for this? You explained and showed everything very clearly! The one I always have a hard time doing is the hip thrusts, my body positioning was wack. I can’t thank you enough for this! Stay fit and beautiful!
FOR HIP THRUSTS: Do not lift yourself up on a bench with your arms/elbows, especially if you've just started working out. That's how I pulled my chest muscles and it's not nice, so make sure you're in the right position before the weight is on your hips :)
@@stephaddiction i feel you! I've found that even if you're not in the right position right away, it's safer to lift the weight with your hips and then adjust your back on the bench after rather than use your arms. It's a bit of an awkward shuffle but whatever haha
@amityogiayhi , i had the same problem and what helped me was eating small portions through out the day(nuts, fruits, chicken, rice, potatoes, granola, açaí bowls ect) Going on a semi long walk or any type of movement always makes me a tad hungry after and once you start opening up your stomach more you can make your portions bigger cause you’ll notice you’re more hungry then that’ll help with the weight gaining.hope this helps :)
Girl you are the best . I just started taking working out seriously and I know I have a decent core strength but I pretty much needed guidance . I am going to rewatch during my work out 😘😘😘😘💕
Have done this about 3 times now. One of the only fitness instructionals I can follow. So we'll explained. Thank you!! I feel stronger, more defined, and so able!!! P.S can you please do one on at home lower abs. Just want something that's actually doable to define them. Thank you in advance!
YO ...WHAT IN THE LOTTERY JACKPOT IS GOING ON HERE??? This woman I just stumbled on fter another workout video is COACHING CONFIDENCE in the gym! Thee freakin best explanations ive everrrrrr seen through virtual coaching. THANK YOU. And yes, and shoutout to your production crew. Yall the shit.
I am VERY impressed with the high quality of your videos on how to avoid injury and the proper movement. I've been looking for a while now on good form and workout regimes. I am going to check out your app to see what it has for 4 day upper/lower splits
1. Deadlift woth barbell or dumbbells. Breath and push, shoulder back. Chin tucked. Someone is pulling your hips back. 2. Sumo squat. Sit back onto your hips on a squat. Squeeze gluts as going up. 3. 17:10 single
Krissy, this video is soooo helpful! Thank you for taking the time to put it together, demonstrating each movement and explaining it. Even your description of the ways someone can progressively overload is better than I've heard before. Thank you!

This video is an absolute gold mine 🪙
I am so glad you are really taking your time to explain each movement so thouroughly.
This was probably the most informative TH-cam video I’ve seen for booty workout. Thank you so much !!❤️
This is one of the best videos that I’ve watched!! Such clear communication & very helpful tips!!! ❤
The dumbbell sumo squat is phenomenal. Only squat variation I've personally ever done that my quads couldn't dominate.
I'm so short I never get a bench that fits me. Even the ones that are adjustable. It's so frustrating 😫
I’m already loving your energy. Very thorough explanation yet so simple to understand. TYSM!🥰
Girl you are the best . I just started taking working out seriously and I know I have a decent core strength but I pretty much needed guidance . I am going to rewatch during my work out 😘😘😘😘💕
It's very comfortable watching you, you give such a great vibe.
Have done this about 3 times now. One of the only fitness instructionals I can follow. So we'll explained. Thank you!! I feel stronger, more defined, and so able!!!
P.S can you please do one on at home lower abs. Just want something that's actually doable to define them. Thank you in advance!

I learned so much from this video! It felt like a personal training session.
You look gorgeous 😍
Thank you!
