    When she mentioned the core and protecting your spine … no one has ever explained it like that! I have a weak core and because of that I feel it all in my back. It’s all a mess! I need very clear explanations. This was awesome!

    • @ashwinniamat8560
      @ashwinniamat8560 2 ปีที่แล้ว +18

      With compound you have to pay attention to form and every group of muscles involved. That's why it's called compound and not isolated. Compound = group, isolated if a part or just a muscle.
      Also, check in with a trainer or use a mirror to help yourself get and maintain the right form. Get the right food, get in the right headspace, which would result in the right hormones in order to build as you wish.
      So in comparison, she did explained nuthing.

      So train your core if it's weak...

      Right...and I think I imagined engaging my core as sucking it in, so now Im watching over and over how she demonstrated it !😂

      These exercises are great for you women but for us men since we have testicles a close stance doesn't work out so well, lol! Men like myself are just too fragile for these close stance upper leg muscles. Very intense upper leg training with variety is much more natural for you women then for us men for biology reasons since you women are designed to give birth so strong upper leg muscles are very important for women more so then men since men have to be very cautious for these exercises because of the fragility of our testicles. Men the stronger sex? For upper body yes but for upper leg muscles no. Professional male bodybuilders get hugh legs but this is from heavy steroid use and heavy steroid use shrinks the Testicles and the testicles are the most manly thing on a male body. So getting large and strong legs aren't natural for us men but for women it is natural.

    Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following nextleveldiet fat loss meal plan for three weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Krissy, keep up the good work!!

      @sarahna9785 2 ปีที่แล้ว +15

This workout not only good for glutes but makes your hips wider as well. Thank for sharing the video 🙏

    Wow 🤔 as a guy it's very hard to believe that I'm actually learning something about training from a Lady. I've tried your way of training to my glutes and it's working wonders. All I can is " You're Simply The Best".

    FOR HIP THRUSTS: Do not lift yourself up on a bench with your arms/elbows, especially if you've just started working out. That's how I pulled my chest muscles and it's not nice, so make sure you're in the right position before the weight is on your hips :)

    • @stephaddiction
      @stephaddiction 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      I'm so short I never get a bench that fits me. Even the ones that are adjustable. It's so frustrating 😫

    • @Eve01001
      @Eve01001 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@stephaddiction i feel you! I've found that even if you're not in the right position right away, it's safer to lift the weight with your hips and then adjust your back on the bench after rather than use your arms. It's a bit of an awkward shuffle but whatever haha

      @amityogiayhi , i had the same problem and what helped me was eating small portions through out the day(nuts, fruits, chicken, rice, potatoes, granola, açaí bowls ect) Going on a semi long walk or any type of movement always makes me a tad hungry after and once you start opening up your stomach more you can make your portions bigger cause you’ll notice you’re more hungry then that’ll help with the weight gaining.hope this helps :)

    I just did a dummbell workout 2 days ago:
    Sumo squats
    RDLs
    Split squats
    Single leg hip thrust
    Questions
    1. Do you recommend doing lower body more than 1x/week? Is 2x/week better?
    2. If so, what is a good exercise split?
    3. Should I still incorporate leg extension and leg curls if i'm doing other exercises?
    3. How many days rest do i need in between lower body workouts?

    That explanation of the Split Squat was perfection by it's finest, you made me completely feel stupid.
    I was positioning my front leg 1 meter in front the bar and literally shaked and jumped to place my other feet on the bench. I never thought it can be easy. Thank you so much for that.
