We need all the ultimate guides… upper body, lower body, abs (fupa), back. The ultimate everything! The way you go into details explaining everything helps so much more especially for beginners like me. ❤️ I love everything about your videos
Everyone listen about the crusty joints and hip flexor work. I"m grateful I found Krissy and the community in my 40s.Let me tell you all, the battle changes at this point but maybe if you're already at maintenance it's easier. Yes to upper and core...we want all the things😁🥰 Thank you!
Yes please we would love a hip warm up video! I definitely need to learn how to strengthen my hips. ❤ I value your videos so much and I and obsessed with EvoleYou app. You are truly there for us
Thank you so kindly for this!❤God bless, your kind and generous heart. I was busy playing mom and wife at your age and now I have time but I’m 46 and doing all this, please tell me I’m not the only delulu one? I literally have to take a day off today because yesterday was my first day back (gym just reopened after closing for a few days over the holidays) and I got too excited to be back and I think I pulled a muscle in my abdomen trying to work the abs. Strangely enough, I had a ‘knee thing’ but after starting gym, just a few weeks ago, that has completely disappeared 😮 Stay blessed everyone.

Keep your hard work because I definitely know that you are going to achieve much success in your life. God bless you🙏.
Front leg elevated lunges (with enough height to get as much stretch in the glute as I comfortably can) has been a total game changer for me. This is THE glute exercise for me now. I never felt much activation in my glutes from hip thrusts and often felt awkward doing them to boot. Im glad to have found an alternative, just bummed haha it took me so long.
Hey Krissy this was so helpful thank you, but I like it when you put the workout in the description box and the reps, sets ect... I have been watching for years and you have really helped me at the gym. Thank you again 🩷
Hello, You have been really inspirational. I have a doubt. I have stubborn legs and thigh fat. Which helps to reduce the inches soon ? Is it heavy weights less reps or less weights more reps... Please suggest
This is the absolute best most comprehensive guide I’ve found on any platform thank you so so much it’s exactly what I’ll use to help me in my journey, I’m female chef 37 and currently underweight for my height and need to rebuild everything from core strength to toning up, the good thing about me is that I’m active and my body is naturally proportionate so hopefully i can do well. I’ll update you on my progression in the future. Much love from Egypt.
I’m a beginner and feel ready to get more serious with my workouts. I’m in my mid 50s and perimenopausal so thank you for mentioning that in your video. I’m a former runner but inexperienced with weight training. I’ll look for upper body videos too!! This helps me so much, it took me months to do a raised BSS so I’m going to try the flat one. Some trainers say BSS are not effective for glutes so I get confused.
I truly love the whole set of ultimate guide video because sometimes we don't know where to start for a warm-up and how to end the workout so, the hands-down amazing knowledge you’re feeding us.
so appreciate the information on the difference between dynamic and static stretching. I only -personally realized this when it was almost too late. I appreciate your coverage on this Krissy!
Please show us the proper way of dropping out of Hip Thrusts. When I’m beginning to fail, I’m afraid of releasing the wrong way and getting hurt. The way you built this work out, warm up, compound movements, unilateral movements or supersets, movements, isolation movements, and a cool down. It makes so much sense!
This is FIRE!! I started my fitness journey back in December and I absolutely credit you for a big reason why I’ve finally stuck with it! The way you explain things, the passion… your confidence is contagious. Would LOVE to see an upper body video like this 🫶🏼
Out of all the woman trainers that explain workouts , you do it the best. I’ve been looking for workouts to help my wife work on her glutes and hips and I found your channel. You break down all the workouts down to T and you break down form ✊🏾✊🏾.
A thing I would like to add is that even though it's good to aim for progressive overload, always listen to your body, because sometimes injury happens not because u did anything wrong, simply because ur body couldn't handle the weight, and as a newbie u often hear influencer promoting adding 1-2.5kg each week for these compound glute movements in the name of progressive overload, it can be misleading and dangerous. Everybody's body is different and our pace for muscle growth is different, so be careful. Cus we want to see results in a good way, not results in the form of medical diagnosis.
Something you said, I never forgot, it was about using your body. You said it is such a blessing to be able to move our bodies, not everyone can, so to be able to, & not, it just ain’t right. That’s not exactly how you said it, but the concept is something I will never forget. Bless you
Love this workout, I will be using it and yes definitely a lower body warm-up guide, upper body workout and core workout to go along with it. I’m 46 and finally starting to get the body I’ve always wanted. Thanks ❤
I can’t thank you enough for this. I’ve been wanting to move into all of these movements but haven’t had enough confidence. This will help so much! You are one of the only TH-camrs that I trust! Your advice is solid and I know you care about people and not just likes/subscribers. THANK YOU! And YES on the upper body guide. I’ve neglected it a bit, not knowing what to do.
Yes to lower body warmup video. I have developed a chronic problem, not sure if it's due to ischial bursitis or proximal hamstring tendinopathy, as I haven't gotten it diagnosed, in my left hip. It will get better and then worsen when I do lower body workouts
I used to watch you before when i first was trying to get healthy and lose weight and control my blood pressure. You taught me sooo much. I was successful in losing weight but not building muscle. I got a lot thinner but also flabby. Then i fell off. Now im trying to get back with it, and i am struggling. But this here reminded me of how much you inspired me before. And now again. Thank you for always being you.

This is the reason why I love krissy workout is Complete details. Since I saw this in YT she is the only one I follow the workout. This is work for me . Thank you krissy
the advice that you mentioned in one of your prior videos for RDls that it is an forward-backward-movement and not an up-down-movement; helped me so much. thank you
you are so much beautiful and fit girl ❤❤❤ I am also very passionate about fitness, which is why I have recently created my own TH-cam channel dedicated to fitness.

Your videos have been my ultimate guide when I started working out. I didn't have a clue on what to do, especially about proper forms which scares me a lot thinking about I might get hurt or injured. Your explanations have totally changed my workout game and its basically what plays in my mind everytime I workout. And yesssss we would love that ultimate guide for upper body! Kudos to you and sending love from the Philippines!
Your explanations are incredible. You are a phenomenal instructor. I especially liked the comments about body shape. I am short but I'm long waisted and it really throws things off.
Thank you so much, I have been hyper extending at the top of my RDL for a while now. I was told that was how you complete the movement by a trainer. Now my back doesn't have to hurt.
I can’t wait to do this in the gym! 🤩 Thank you Krissy! I have grown so much from your videos. Learned how to have confidence and overcome hurdles because of you. My gains have been challenging and exciting at the same time. So true about hip thrusters. I have gone from 95lbs to 185lbs, and this girl just turned 45!😉 My fitness journey is forever evolving… I have you to thank for that.💖 Would love to see an ultimate upper body.😍
Krissy, your video is the absolute guide for glutes! Can you please post a video to build glutes for those with ACL and PCL like me! That would help a million!!❤
Thank you so much for taking time to explain the why behind techniques and de-mystifying myths. I learn a lot every time I watch your videos. You are a phenomenal instructor!!
Hey Krissy, thank you for this its gonna be really helpful, but i like it when you put the workout in the description box how many reps, sets... I've been watching your videos for years and you have really helped me at the gym. Thank you again lovely 🩷
Yesss! I am having trouble with progressively overloading my upper body. It’s weak and I can’t even manage to lift the same weights that I did a week before! Need an ultimate upper body guide!!!! ❤
The same thing sometimes happens to me. Just keep in mind that as a woman, our hormones do affect how we feel and how much weight we can lift. Right before and during my period, I usually end up having to lift 5-10 lbs lighter than I normally do.
@@cordelia2283 Yes definitely, hormonal changes influence strength levels. However, apart from hormonal changes or stress levels, my lower body progresses pretty steadily. Each week I am able to add more weight or increase sets and reps on my leg days. Came a long way from 5kg per squat to 40kg in 4 months. But for upper body, if there is progress one week, it goes backwards during the next 2 weeks.
Omgggg how I needed every bit of this! How you walked through the compound vs isolation, etc - sooo necessary! And YES! lower body warm up guide and ultimate upper body workout pleaseeee!! Thank you so much Krissy! You’re da GOAT!
I downloaded the evolve you app about a month ago and for the first time in yrs, I feel motivated to go back to the gym and get the body I once had back from going thru a lot these past few yrs. I discovered u a yr ago and even then your videos made me super motivated to work out again even tho my mental health was at my lowest. Ty for empowering women to be their best ❤ I truly am grateful for you 😊

You are just incredible! The way you teach is very precise and efficient. Thank you for taking the time and putting the effort to explain every move in detail.
Thanks for that warm up bit! My left hip gives me tinges and twitches of achiness during my leg workouts! Now I know why! Thanks! (Glad to know I'm not the only one with a hip issue!) 🙃🙃
Thank you for making these videos ❤ I already worked out through aerial sports, but your videos made me feel confident to perform lower body exercises in the gym. As a result, I have balance in my weekly workouts, I feel much more in control, I see progress, and my self-confidence is growing. Just know your work is appreciated and is changing people's lives for the better! ✨

This is the reason why I love krissy workout is Complete details. Since I saw this in YT she is the only one I follow the workout. This is work for me . Thank you krissy
¡Te extrañe! Gracias por todo, por darle el sentido anatomico y funcional a los ejercicios del tren inferior. Saludos desde Medellín CO. 😊
the advice that you mentioned in one of your prior videos for RDls that it is an forward-backward-movement and not an up-down-movement; helped me so much. thank you
you are so much beautiful and fit girl ❤❤❤ I am also very passionate about fitness, which is why I have recently created my own TH-cam channel dedicated to fitness.

Your videos have been my ultimate guide when I started working out. I didn't have a clue on what to do, especially about proper forms which scares me a lot thinking about I might get hurt or injured. Yes please!!! Definitely need that Ultimate Upper Body Guide, shape those arms and back :-D
Thanks!
*YES PLEASE!!!* Please please do a full warm up to strenghthen dem hips! ♥
Krissy, your video is the absolute guide for glutes! Can you please post a video to build glutes for those with ACL and PCL like me! That would help a million!!❤
Omg this is such a a great HIT workout. Works every part of your body. Leaves you feeling amazing and definitely accomplished 😊
Ty for empowering women to be their best ❤ I truly am grateful for you 😊
MY FAVOURITE CONTENT CREATOR/CEO PERIOD.

Ultimate upper body: yes please! Love and appreciate you sm Krissy!
I would really love a guide on how to strengthen my hips and a lower body warm up guide. Thank you so much for all of this information! I love your workouts! ❤️❤️
Yes please to upper body guide! Especially female pectoral activation. 💝💝💝💝
You are just incredible! The way you teach is very precise and efficient. Thank you for taking the time and putting the effort to explain every move in detail.
Most definitely need a video on the “hip challenges”… currently reeeally struggling with my right hip😮💨
Thanks for that warm up bit! My left hip gives me tinges and twitches of achiness during my leg workouts! Now I know why! Thanks! (Glad to know I'm not the only one with a hip issue!) 🙃🙃
🥺🥺love u krissyy💕💕 i’m so excited 💆🏼♀️💆🏼♀️
I would love a video on hip strengthening. I like your explanation on dynamic vs static stretching- I get more relief from dynamic (in my hips).
Thank you for making these videos ❤
I already worked out through aerial sports, but your videos made me feel confident to perform lower body exercises in the gym.
As a result, I have balance in my weekly workouts, I feel much more in control, I see progress, and my self-confidence is growing.
Just know your work is appreciated and is changing people's lives for the better! ✨
Krissy as a Trans lady I really appreciate the details in your video.
I've been training for 50 years!
42 of them as a man.
And now me and my wife train together.
Girls in the gym have shown me some exercises typically for ladies.
I'm so looking forward to starting your way.
I realize now I was making some mistakes
So glad you came up on my TH-cam.
Best wishes!
Love how informative this is. Thanks for sharing so many details about each exercise and the reasons they're important. This is such valuable info for a beginner like me!
