@@strongbeasts487 Dino Orucevic, Just a random PC enthusiast! Answered Aug 18, 2017 Great question. I assume you´re the average gamer. The GTX 1070 was a card that over-delivered on its promise to perform as well as the previous generation Titan X, by that I mean it performed roughly 2% better as seen in Digital foundry´s video. How well does the GTX 1070 perform today? Today the GTX 1070 is one of the better GPUs on the market and was just recently defeated by the RX 56 made by AMD to compete with it. As shown in the video above, we can clearly see that the GTX 1070 is a capable card, playing most games, if not all current games with the “ultra” preset. The GPU only runs into issues when you start ramping up the MSAA as this form of anti-aliasing really kills the performance. The GTX 1070 will have a steady 80-100 fps in most of today´s games with 4x MSAA. However, 8xMSAA is where this GPU will struggle. What does this mean? The GTX 1070 is a very capable card, but not necessarily overkill as, even today, it might have framerate drops below 60fps in some of the more demanding AAA games. We can expect this trend to continue as newer games release with better textures etc. Speaking of newer games, how long can you expect to keep this GPU? How long can you expect to keep this GPU? This GPU will easily stay with the “ultra” preset for at least 2 more years, right? Well.. yes and no. Some AAA games such as Ghost recon wild lands are making it very hard for this GPU to run at a stable 60fps with the “ultra” preset. This GPU will probably maintain the “Ultra” preset for games like Battlefield for another 2 years, but not for bigger open-world games. With games such as Kingdom Come:Deliverance, I´m expecting this GPU to bump the settings down to “high” if you want to use a better form of Anti aliasing. Nvidia is also releasing Volta in what is expected to be q1 or q2 of 2018, which can mean you won´t get every new technology made after Volta´s release, or optimizing for it can be difficult. If the newer technologies are auto-applied with the “ultra” preset, you might have to use a tweaked ultra preset or simply jump down to the “high” settings preset. Conclusion: What can you expect? This GPU is definitely capable of playing most games maxed out today. For 60FPS it´s mostly overkill, but the headroom might be of use in the near future if you play open-world games. I´m expecting the bump down from ultra to high in a few years´ time. If you play competitive games, then don´t worry, this GPU won´t struggle with those any time soon! I hope this helps you! Feedback is always nice!

These are the kind of videos that just proves the power , the perfection , the awesomeness of youtube as a medium to learn new things.I am 100% sure that you cant get such insight even if you pay top dollars to many half knowledge fitness trainers out there.
This video is pure gold...
Thank you...
I am very impressed that this guy is so down to business and professional, didn't feel him flirty or anything like that, even when he complimented her that she looks great.. pretty rare to find dudes like this...
I love him. He truly helps me out so much with all his tips and tricks. Thank you both of you. 🙏🏼💞
Self-trained for 3 years and found myself kinda of not growing anymore. This is absolutely helpful! Thank you so much!
I’m going to rewatch this like 10 times lol. There’s always so much to learn! Love ya Krissy
This is going to change my life! I can't wait to improve my form!!!
Brett: "Just place your feet here, ok, now begin to squat and flare out..."
Krissy: " WOoOoOOOoOOOOoooOOooOW!"
lol had me dying.
Haha she’s so cute
Haha sameee lol he’s said ok 😂
I know right!!!
Ive NEVER been able to perform a narrow squat because of how my hips are built , and would never feel it in my glutes! So ive tried the way this was taught here AND IT WORKED WHAAATTTT IM SHOOOOOK😭🔥🔥SUCH AN INFORMATIVE VIDEO THANK YOU!!!!!!
This is why Dr. Contreras is one of about 6-7 people I trust in the fitness industry.
It's so nice seeing how excited and happy you get when you learn those tips!
Just found this video and love how detailed and in depth you are focusing on every part to get the correct form.
One of the best if not the best video I ever seen. I did it yesterday, and my butts hurts sooo much. What I love is the knowledge about targeting an specific part of the body.
Those hip thrusts are a killer! Honestly such a great workout.
The dreaded Bulgarian split squat! I never know if my form is correct. This is a great video!!!

Great question.
OMG! The hip thrust adjustment is a game changer. My booty is on straight 🔥 every time I do this! You inspire me so much lots of love from Canada ❤️

WOW this video is going to completely change my leg day!! So informative thank you so much for sharing!
One of the most helpful and learning video I've ever watched. Thank you so much Krissy ♥️
Brett's a genius and expert in his area of expertise. That being said I have known him personally and can say he's not a great person when you get him away from podcasts, videos, etc. Not a fan him as a person but I am a fan of him professionally.
@@Amanda-dg9zj I saw how he talked about people behind their back, very elitist and how he treated his gf. No need for specifics beyond that.
So glad you focused on proper posture!! These are awesome exercises! Thank you!
I wish I had watched this video sooner!!! I finally understand what I need to do to perfect my hip thrust form!!! Thank you for continually educating me!
Wow this video was so helpful! Shout out to Bret for providing such great, clear instruction!

Jenny Mendoza hope it’s been helpful ❤️
I like that you're so happy and excited when you're learning. Wow.
You did good. I really appreciate his corrections. As a viewer it is so much easier to fully understand. At the gym I allways got confused, got it wrong and therefore did it wrong. Naturally I avoided a crouded gym. Perfect to exercise this at home. Thanx
Thank you for explaining this. I'm a beginner at these and I've been so frustrated not being able to get my form right. I feel like I can't get my pelvis to arch high enough, but I will try this tomorrow. I'm super excited about it.
I've learned so much from this. Wow!
I need this man in my life!! He's amazing!!!!
Love this video! I'm 30+ years old, have been squatting since I was in high school and I still learned something new!

11:09 Our boy Bret showing some incredible self-control there. Admirable
WOOOOOOOOOAH I just tried the 2nd one and is amazing for targeting my glutes
I can't thank you enough for this video. I'm confident in attempting hip thrusts now - they usually terrify me. Lots of love xx
Get on them! I was timid too. Finally got the confidence about 3 months ago. Now I'm hip thrusting 225lbs. Goal set on 300lbs. They r a game changer in glute development. Also... look into Nike Metcon shoes. Flat athletic shoe allows u to dig heal into ground. Another game changer (especially in side bootie gains via curtsie lunges). Good luck!
Jessica Poyser wow that’s amazing! I will, thank you!
Your happy heel click while following him behind. Hilarious, I would have done the same thing! Love this video, thank you Krissy!
What a Charming and funny girl! Brett is really the glute guy excelente video, saludos desde México!
Beautiful video, it's so fascinating how you could be going to gym for years and not knowing these details that can massively change your workout. What a professional.
Love this guy. Seriously he’s the glutes wizard, he knows his craft sooo well.
I appreciate this video SO MUCH! These are workouts that I’ve been doing for so long and not getting the full benefit out of them! Me and my glutes thank you 😂❤️
Yesss probably the best video, I love Bret and I am so happy that he’s finally getting the recognition he deserves!! I’m going to try this next time I’m working out 🤭 love you Krissy!
