Dear Krissy, this year i started following you and you've changed my point of view of fitness completely. You made me feel confident walking in the gym and have helped me see fitness as a way to help me cope with my feelings but also to feel strong and independent as a woman. Besides that i just bought my first oner activewear on black friday and felt so empowered while wearing it, i absolutely love my oner collection. Hey Krissy 😊 I wanted to thank you for being such a genuine soul. I've been fighting with my body and hating it for years (I genuinely can't remember the last time I felt good in my own body) and every time I thought about starting a fitness journey, I've always ended up feeling discouraged by how out of my league having a nice, toned body would be. Krissy, I admire your professionalism and the honor you show your body. Your videos are so helpful, I dont feel intimidated, but inspired to try better ways to enhance my journey. Keep up the great work! Namate
Being a man your youtube thumbnail is the first thing that leads me to watch your video, but in all your videos the information related to the exercise is really awesome and helps me while performing the same in the gym, Thanks and please make this type of awesome content, love from India!!😊😊
I found that my knees slightly moved inwards when doing squats, that’s a brilliant idea of pushing the knees out on coming up, thank you so much . I am quite strong on my legs considering l am 67 years old man, but l love the gym with my trainer 👍🇬🇧
Your Journey and your content has helped me not only physically but mentally! I was always looking for fast results, be under 15% but mentally I was still a mess! When I reached my goal I was emotionally and mentally tired and soon return to my old bad habits! If I messed up with food I would go on a food binge then beat my self up for week ! Now I eat healthy and don’t starve myself I’m seeing results! So thank you so much for sharing! It’s a constituent journey not a destination
RDLs were rlly hard for me to learn. I figured out how to do it by wrapping a band around my waist to a stationary object. It helped me to know how the hip hinge feels
I don’t words to say how grateful I’m for your videos. I’m from Brazil and I’ve been training for 2 years, unfortunately the “personal trainers” from the GYM does not help us as expected. I have been getting many important tips from your channel. Thank you so much for that!🙏🏻
So much value behind every video, and the messages passed along in each is empowering and motivating! Happy to see Krissy do so well each time and wishing you quick recovery from the mini surgery you had! Best of wishes✨✨
I’ve focused on my health and fitness this past year because I hit a wall in my life. I’m late to the game - I’m 42, mom of four, frail parents and a demanding job in healthcare have kept me really busy - too busy for myself. So this past year has been learning to focus on me and not just everyone but me. Lifting weights has been the best. I feel better, stronger and more confident. And yes I look better than I have in a long time, which is a nice side effect. Krissy, your tips have been extraordinary. They have literally changed my workout game. You get one shot at life and I’m learning how to make mine more meaningful.
So happy you made this video for your followers, for I forever and a day tell clients and ransoms to “try” adjusting their stance, foot placement, bend their knees etc…but because of “the internet”, they see people doing things wrong and copy (& a good amount of the time, people aren’t doing stuff “wrong”, but doing it in a way that their body mechanics handle due to the articulation of the femur and pelvis, the GH joint, flexibility or lack of in the gastroc/soleus etc…). Everything in this video is spot on!!! I’m totally sharing the heck out of this and love/respect what you said about social media, supporting each other vs trolling and how we’re constantly learning. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽💪🏽🤗 Thank you!!!
I swear I can't watch anybody else's videos but yours!! At this point I'm too loyal to go to anyone else for advice/tips Haha. You inspire me in so many aspects of my life - not just my physical journey (which I started over two months ago because I stumbled across your Legs & Glutes video). Your work ethic along with your passion to teach and give is admirable, and I aim to become an entrepreneur like you but in my own field (music/entertainment)! Thank you so much Krissy for sharing your knowledge and inspiring us with your dedication, work ethic and consistency every week as a fitness trainer, CEO and a content creator! Truly a master of many trades
This video was a massive help for me. I'm a beginner with weight training and I do struggle especially with rdls feeling it in my lower back. Looking forward to using your tips and tricks to make my form/workouts better 😁 thank you!!
11:54 your emphasis on this point makes me wanna cry - I have been so hard on myself over the years... even slight things I think I did wrong, if I think/know people may have seen it, I go home and cringe so hard... It's sad how we abuse ourselves like that, y'know? But hearing YOU of all people tell us this, I really get it. I think out of all the things you have taught me, it is that it's a journey and that it takes time and there are so many components to health, including the mental health aspect. Who cares what anyone else thinks, we have to keep striving to get to that place where we care more for our own self-compassionate, loving, kind journey than the judgments of others and our internalised abuser(s). I am deeply grateful for all your teachings, thanks once again.
I've only just come across your page tonight when searching for sessions to do in the gym. I usually just do classes but want to up my game! So glad I've found you, I've learnt so much already with your very informative videos and tips! It can be daunting stepping into a room and not being so sure what to do but having watched your videos I will now feel more at ease! Thank you so much 💓
Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I am following Nextleveldiet fat loss meal plan for six weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Krissy, keep up the good work!!
Hi Krissy, thank you for these amazing videos, you have helped me find my motivation again. After losing our first baby at 5 month pregnant and having our second baby at 7 months (he’s nearly 1 and is doing so well), I lost myself and didn’t know how to get back to a place where I was truly happy with my body. It’s been a tough year and I haven’t felt myself in a long time. I have only just started to watch your videos but I feel like you have really helped me to start my journey. Thank you xx
I really appreciate hearing from you that it is okay that nobody's perfect at fitness and training and that we all are still learning everyday. Even though I have always been really active, I am totally new at all of this and I have some troubles especially since I do not have a personal trainer. What you said on this video was very motivating and made me feel good, so thank you for that.
I love watching you Krissy. I just started my fitness journal in changing my life. I have lost 30 pounds and dropped my A1C dramatically since August 2022. I truly appreciate your commitment to your fitness audience. You do a great job of fully explaining weight training techniques for a beginner like me. Thank You 😊
Hey Krissy! I don't write comments often but I discovered your channel last week and I have to say you are by far the best fitness instructor I've found on TH-cam and trust me, I've watched TONS! Your instructions are thorough and so very clear and your passion for what you do shines right through! Keep inspiring!!!
To anyone who's reading this: You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful. Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do! I hope you have a fantastic day :))
I’ve lost 70 pounds with diet and lifestyle changes, now I finally have the mobility to get into the gym. Thank you so much for your content! The way you communicate the techniques while also being so kind is very appreciated.
Ahh happy holidays Chrissy! I'm currently recovering from breast reduction surgery but cannot wait to get back into the gym as soon as my surgeon OKs it!! Hoping I win the giveaway ❤️🤞
@@jamesbrincefield9879 larger breasts can cause extreme back pain and inconvenience for women. Idk why men are always surprised at women who choose to get a breast reduction. Or maybe I do.
Thank you Krissy for these tips and for having a beautiful soul. looking forward to remember and implement these in my workout. I have tried gym, varied HIIT classes etc. But I started hurting my back and kness, and didn’t see any good results for my glutes.. i have to say the trainers were lovely and really helpful. But I finally started home workout to listen and work around how my body is responding.. i hope 🤞🏻 your tips will help be correct and improve my postures.
Darling your amazing and heaven sent please DO NOT EVER STOP making these instructional videos!!!! and thank you very much for teaching me much better ways to perform in lifting the weights.
ive been training for 10 years in a gym and couldn't agree more - you're always learning. You can pick up the smallest cue from another trainer that completely changes the movement for you. Thanks for putting out great content! Love the point about the 2 'pushes' in a squat. I've never thought about it like that but will try that mental cue next time! x
WOW! I am so HAPPY to find your Channel Krissy! I am not so younger anymore, I will will be 60 next year but I love your charisma and your awesome detail and true body training! I was an athlete before and had an injury. Now after a few years I am on the road again to get my body in shape and tone with all your videos and tips ❤
I am a rookie and I never liked weights. You have helped me enjoy weights. I'm doing baby steps but I thank you for being so positive and helpful. Not only for me but to many. Keep it up!
Just found you on TH-cam, been binge watching your videos, love them, you give out so much great information, as a 52 year old woman who has just been weight lifting for 6 months, I know how important it is to complete the moves properly and safely, you have given me so many tips, your videos are brilliant 👏 thanks xx
Been training consistently for 12 years now, so much good info that takes YEARSSS to learn! Literally love you more every time I watch one your videos 👏🏼♥️
I am soooooo GLAD BEYOND GRATEFUL in finding your videos!!!!! I have experience in lifting weights.. after I became a mom that became a full time job (5 years ago)... to where it's taken me up until NOW! I must say I felt intimated.. I gained so much weight etc... I felt like I didn't belong in the gym anymore 🥺 Finally I built more confidence since I recently lost weight! I find these videos extremely HELPFUL!!!!! THANK YOU!!! For helping me get better with my form.. and knowing what to do the next time I go to the gym!! 🤗🙏🏼
I started my journey 4 months ago and I NEEDED THIS. I’m grateful that your channel popped up on my suggestions. I’ve been feeling so down and out with fitness, no weight progression if anything Im gaining weight but I am getting so much stronger. I was thinking of stopping the journey today with the mindset of “eh nothings happening so whats the point”. It hit me when you said about how your journeys your own and cant really compare. Ive been comparing myself to other people thats lost a stone in less that 6 months and I really shouldnt. I needed to hear that. If it takes me till I die to reach my goal I SHALL KEEP GOING hehe thank you so much💕
I’m getting back into my fitness journey, but this time it’s on my own and I came to TH-cam to correct my form and to remember what exercises to incorporate and thank the good Lord you came across my path! You are such an angel! Thank you so much for making these!!!!!
This content is invaluable. I have been training for years. But since watching your videos and applying some of your tips, I am finally seeing the gains that I have been trying to achieve. I cannot tell you how much your videos have helped me. I really wish that I had this knowledge earlier. But nothing before its time. Thanks a mil
I can’t thank you enough for these amazing tips! Starting my fitness journey again and I’m feeling so overwhelmed but your videos are helping me understand everything. Love the way you break everything down!
Your principles are phenomenal, you really get it, You get what it's all about, and the way you articulate it to the masses is incredible,. Very well done!
aaw man I love you Krissy, you make this whole journey so much more easier and fun..I recently begun my weight training journey and people at the gym will watch you struggle and to some extent laugh at me when I unknowingly do the workouts in wrong forms, etc. You and your videos are very much helpful to me and a somewhat comforting. Lots of love from sunny side Cape Town, SA. xx
Love these tips. Really love your style. You make weightlifting seem so accessible and down to earth and I love how your gracefully embrace the learning curve that happens on a fitness journey. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. Thank you!
I actually had to stop the video during the leg extensions part to say that I appreciate you so much for doing this! This is such well thought out and solid advice from sister to sister. I can't even wait to hit my next leg day already and try all these tips. Love you!
Going to re-watch over and over again. I’ve been training since 2020 at home and just recent started going to the gym. I didn’t have proper BB squat form and so I stopped. I felt really sad about it bcus I thought I should be able to know by now. Thankfully your video popped up and I’m going to practice everything you covered. You’re the best, Krissy! I own a couple of Oner Active pieces and I’m so proud to know you’re the one teaching me from a good place ❤️
Dancer here🙋♀️ I 100% agree that turning the toes slighting out in RDLs and Squats and Mobility warm-ups are a game changer. I could never go without it int he studio or the gym. Great advice and breakdown
Thank you Krissy! This was much needed and I’m definitely going to be implementing all five of these tips into my workout!! Do you think you could do a video where you go through dynamic stretches & static stretches?
And this is y I love this women& her channel…. She gave me the confidence I need to make my way to the front of the gym on the cable machine. I support her and her channel and about to order some of her workout gear….. the way she explains the movement is so clear and to the point and I love it….. So with that said Thank you Krissy girl you Freakin ROCK 👍🏾💕🤪love u girl
Can you do a series of all of your mobility/dynamic warm up routines? Lower body, upper body, or any other specific training day. Would be great! Thank you for all that you give to us Krissy 💓
I'm so grateful that I found your channel!! These tips are going to change my fitness life, especially the warm ups. I never realized how ignorant I've been about dynamite and static stretches and when to use them❤🙏🏽
I absolutely love and believe in everything the tone and sculpt app has had to offer even since you were the only trainer there 😱 it’s truly amazing how far along its come and how it’s progressed to fit everyone! Amazing!!
I followed the deadlift tip with the heels , and I’m telling you, wow ! It changed the whole thing! My back didn’t hurt as there was no pressure one I left the exercises waaay better ! Thank you for your tips. I’ll admit that I’ve watched the video 3,4 times this last couple of days before I started the strong program so I can learn how to perform the exercises correctly. Thanks !!
Thanks for the tips! I always sit forward on leg extensions but thought this was because the seat is designed for men and that was the only way I could really feel it. Love the idea of using the ball to help me sit forward when the seat doesn’t adjust further for my short legs!
I ended up here because it was a recommended view after a Bret Contreras video. Watched the whole video and immediately subscribed. Some amazing tips! Definitely will try the med ball on leg extensions. Your blurb about lifting each other up in the gym was truly inspiring and reminds me of the passion behind so much of what we (fitness enthusiasts) do. We’re here to build each other up, and you worded that perfectly. Also, the thing about warming up full body because of potential strain on upper body muscles even during leg exercises is REAL. I have a gym friend who has a messed up labrum because she racked her heavy squat unevenly, and that has hindered her workouts for at least six months and caused her to have to go to physical therapy. That’s a great tip/reminder! Instant fan.
Krissy!! Hell yes to a one year membership🎉it’s so aligned I watched this video tonight and that you’re offering this! I was just questioning throughout this video how to get back into the gym and do it with SUPPORT!! And then you gift us this giveaway 💘 well I’m in sister! High hopes I can join your community you ray of sunshine! ☀️
Thank you for the tips Krissy! it's almost like you are my personal trainer at the gym without being there and I've been following you for 5 years now. My form has gotten so much better bc of you and somehow there's always something to improve!!
You are my new favorite fitness youtuber!! You really struck a nerve with me talking about progressing and not having to be an expert right away! I need to appreciate how far I've come and that I'm learning everyday.
I tried the ball behind my back today for the leg extensions and i did feel my quads contract more for sure! Also the "push, push" helped me when doing dumbell or goblet squats. Thank you krissy!!
You’re incredible. Such an answered prayers. RDL’s are literally me nemesis. Thankyou for not gatekeeping like a lot of the others tend to do… I love seeing you actually WANTING to see others win too:)
You’re the first fitness person that didn’t make feel like I’m doing everything wrong instead made me feel comfortable enough to accept that it’s okay to take your time and that everyone’s journey is different.

Among every trainers out there, you're the one who gives the most concrete, clear and effective tips on how to perform our workouts. Good work
Love how Krissy explains the excercises. I really want to give free weights in the gym a chance this year.
Do ittt. Guarantee you’ll love it more and more every sess!!
Thanks Krissy for the helpful tips. As a certified trainer, your tips are all correct and perfectly explained. 👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you!!!
Been following this babe for 2 yrs, she's really genuine through her tone, facial and body language. she's funny too
This video was a massive help for me.
Super useful tips!! I have always been wondering whether I should bend knees or not during RDL
I am following Nextleveldiet fat loss meal plan for six weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Krissy, keep up the good work!!
piss off, stop stupid marketing
Hi Krissy, thank you for these amazing videos, you have helped me find my motivation again. After losing our first baby at 5 month pregnant and having our second baby at 7 months (he’s nearly 1 and is doing so well), I lost myself and didn’t know how to get back to a place where I was truly happy with my body. It’s been a tough year and I haven’t felt myself in a long time. I have only just started to watch your videos but I feel like you have really helped me to start my journey. Thank you xx
Hey Krissy! These tips are amazing. I’m actually doing legs today so this came at a perfect time. Thank you so much
sameee
I really appreciate hearing from you that it is okay that nobody's perfect at fitness and training and that we all are still learning everyday. Even though I have always been really active, I am totally new at all of this and I have some troubles especially since I do not have a personal trainer. What you said on this video was very motivating and made me feel good, so thank you for that.
Lower body day just got spicier! 🔥 the tip for RDLs is definitely going to help me so much! Thank you for everything Krissy 🤍
I love watching you Krissy. I just started my fitness journal in changing my life. I have lost 30 pounds and dropped my A1C dramatically since August 2022. I truly appreciate your commitment to your fitness audience. You do a great job of fully explaining weight training techniques for a beginner like me.
Thank You 😊
Thank you for being such an inspiration for women in fitness 💞
🙄
Hey Krissy! I don't write comments often but I discovered your channel last week and I have to say you are by far the best fitness instructor I've found on TH-cam and trust me, I've watched TONS! Your instructions are thorough and so very clear and your passion for what you do shines right through! Keep inspiring!!!
To anyone who's reading this:
You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful.
Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do!
I hope you have a fantastic day :))
u' talking about virtual reality ?
I’ve lost 70 pounds with diet and lifestyle changes, now I finally have the mobility to get into the gym. Thank you so much for your content! The way you communicate the techniques while also being so kind is very appreciated.
Ahh happy holidays Chrissy! I'm currently recovering from breast reduction surgery but cannot wait to get back into the gym as soon as my surgeon OKs it!! Hoping I win the giveaway ❤️🤞
Strong !! Wishing you a speedy recovery 💕
I am wishing you so much recovery and strength my girl xx
@@KrissyCelaa thank you!! I'm embarrassed I spelled your name wrong. Blame the pain killers 😂😳
breast…reduction? 😧
@@jamesbrincefield9879 larger breasts can cause extreme back pain and inconvenience for women. Idk why men are always surprised at women who choose to get a breast reduction. Or maybe I do.
Omg omg omg! The ball behind your back is GENIUS! I’ve been struggling with this one for so long since I’m short! Thank you!!
how are the gyms always empty in the videos I watch 😭where are you ppl finding them
Thank you Krissy for these tips and for having a beautiful soul. looking forward to remember and implement these in my workout.
The tone and sculpt subscription would be life changing. Thank you for all you do Krissy!! Been watching you for so long ❤️❤️
Contact me through this comment 🙈🥰
Honestly obsessed with the way you train, I’ve learned so much from your videos
I felt like I didn't belong in the gym anymore 🥺
Finally I built more confidence since I recently lost weight!
I just now did a set of squats applying your tip about moving my knees out and wow, what a difference!! Thank you so much!!!
I enjoy how real you are with your progress and that you encourage people to be kind to each other. Thanks so much for being who you are!
Thanks !!
The medicine ball behind the back makes a huge difference! I tried it today and wow!!! Thanks for the tips! ❤️
Love the way u broke it down when it comes to peoples perceptions of others fitness journey
Thanks for the tips! I always sit forward on leg extensions but thought this was because the seat is designed for men and that was the only way I could really feel it. Love the idea of using the ball to help me sit forward when the seat doesn’t adjust further for my short legs!
Where has this video been all my life?! You literally answered so many questions for me 😭🙌🏾!
First video for me on this channel. I'm so glad that I found this golden channel. You scientific breakdown skill is insane! Thanks a lot.
Watching your videos actually make me want to work out. You break down things and explain everything so well. Love from India !!
Hi! Can you help me? I’m subscribed here and following tone and sculpt at Instagram. What more do I have to do to join the giveaway?
Thank you for the tips Krissy! it's almost like you are my personal trainer at the gym without being there and I've been following you for 5 years now. My form has gotten so much better bc of you and somehow there's always something to improve!!
I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered you! I did a week of your program and I’m sold. Thank you thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️
You are my new favorite fitness youtuber!!
I don’t think anyone understands how much I love this girl
My favourite fitness influencer. Love the way she describes everything. ❤️
OMG, i have seen so many videos on exercises in the last years, but this is the best one ever by far!! Thank you so much Krissy🥰🥰
I just tried your tip for leg extension and OMGosh. I definitely feel it more on my quads. So good. Thank you.
