    This is a great one-- whole upper body workout with one set of dumbbells! I was a little nervous for a 47 minute arm workout, but this one challenged me in a great way without making me want to quit early!

    Such a great endurance challenge with the longer work period and short rest along with fast pace! Loved it and felt the burn throughout even using only 8-12 pounds!
