  • It’s day 2 of the 7 Day Glow Up challenge and today’s Cardio And Abs workouts is a serious sweat sesh. No equipment needed in today’s workout - using just our body-weight we will be getting our heart rate up and working on core strength by combining a series of cardio and ab exercises.     The whole time my legs, arms and core were saying “you can do this!” On the other hand, my heart and lungs were saying “that’s a lie!” 😂🤣😂🤣

      Good luck! I personally didn't care for it that much but it is a great way to get into regularly working out and building strength. Afterwards I started her monthly workouts and they are FANTASTIC. You'll love working out with Heather!

    This was so great! I’m recovering from a dislocated shoulder, so I had to swap out a few exercises, but I could do so many of them! It was so wonderful.
