    I loved that everything was mixed instead of all abs at the end. It was easier for me to complete with more energy and strength. Thank you Heather.

    I was soooo lazy today, but I got this one DONE!
    As one commenter already stated, I prefer the 20sec breaks between sets. I've recently realized that I burn more calories faster when I take longer breaks between sets, plus it allows me to maintain proper form all throughout.
    Another great workout!

    The time change, moving, starting a new job… all of it has conspired to bring me low energy and fatigue. I almost didn’t do today’s workout. ALMOST! Even though this workout was a lighter pace than usual, it was work for me. But I’m so glad I got it done! Seriously! My day is now complete because I got my workout done. Sometimes, even the little victories are big wins! Thank you Heather! 😅🙌🏾

    Thank you for this awesome workout, Heather! You're the most authentic fitness TH-camr I've seen. Never worried about posing or looking "sexy" for the thumbnail or during workouts. I loved how you talked about the thigh gap in another video and made me realize how many insecurities we get from simple unrealistic ideas of beauty some fitness (beauty) influencers keep reinforcing with their titles, thumbnails and speech. I appreciate your hard work and will continue to watch and do your workouts.

    This actually got me outside to jump rope, which was a great change up to my routine. I also thought the burpee variation was very creative. Should I have more energy the next time I do this, I might even try to do 45/15 (we'll see...). Thanks as always, Heather!

    I worked for like 11 hours today so was really feeling lazy to be doing Day 4. Had to literally push myself to get started, but once the pumped up tracks started playing I couldn't keep myself from following along. Loved it. Can't wait for Day 5 !!

    This is the first workout in a while that has made me feel so amazing and happy! I was able to take no breaks, something that is hard for me to do. I am so proud of myself for getting through it.

    Absolutely LOVING this challenge so far, the way you structure your videos is just perfect for all fitness levels! Coming from a weight training kinda gal who can't do 20 seconds of cardio without getting out of breath, your workouts have really helped me fall in love with HIIT and have been my saving grace throughout this lockdown!     I have been doing your workouts for a while, love all of them, I complement them with a muscle building program with weights (all at home). A couple of weeks ago I hurt my grip, so I can't hold dumbells. I have been doing this workout for the second week now and it has been just what I needed. Thanks so much for doing this.

    Wow, I LOVED this one!! I was slightly scared by the title, since I often seem to struggle with the cardio part, but this mixture of exercises together with the focus on the abs was amazing! One of my favourite workouts from your channel! Also, I was able to do the whole workout without taking an extra break so this also makes me very happy! :)

    Yay!!! I completed the first set. Week 1 Day 4 in the books. Will cycle through the first week doing just the first set for the given number of repetitions and will add the second set in week 2. It's been a while since I've worked like this and it feels great!!!!💛💛💛
