  • Today's Glow Up challenge focus is on the Legs & Booty with this killer AMRAP workout! As Many Rounds As Possible means doing YOUR best and challenging yourself to perform each leg or booty exercise for 8 reps as many times as possible within 5 minutes. That lower body is going to be feeling the heat after this one. Bring it on Day 3!!

    Warm Up
    5 AMRAP Circuits. 4 exercises x8 reps each for as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes.
    Cool Down & Stretch

    Those stretches in the end were so needed. I do alot of workout videos on you tube and no one focuses on stretching the way you do....Yay to being injury free thanks to that.

    First time trying an amrap and I made it through! I did drop the weights for a couple of exercise's to protect my back (listening to my body!) great workout overall

    One of my favorite lower body workouts! Loved the AMRAP format with 3 strength and 1 cardio move. The workout flew by and I was a sweaty mess at the end! HR brings it!

    I damaged my legs a couple of years ago with spinning. It was my first ever work out, I ended up in a hospital. 2 weeks of recovery, my legs will never be the same. Fortunately I don't need treatments, I can walk, run etc properly, they just get hurt easily (nothing a good rest couldn't solve). I was terrified of this workout. I always am if it comes to leg workouts but I MANAGED THROUGH THE WHOLE THING AND I COULDN'T BE MORE PROUD. I used modifications, sometimes dropped the weights but I did it. And now I am crying while typing this. Thank you Heather, for giving me the courage and the motivation to do this!

    Good 37 minutes of exercise! Enjoyed it. Some were hard to do so I focused on form and slowed down. Getting better each day

    I had so much energy to burn today, so I did DAY 2 first thing this morning and DAY 3 AMRAP in the afternoon. Am I crazy?? This workout was so fantastic. My legs are definitely going to feel this tomorrow. Thank you, H, for your superb routines. GLOW UP INDEED!!!

    Armrap is a must in exercise it is hard but it is worth it, I love it! I’m sweating like crazy!! So far so good on this glow up challenge, i finish my 12 week program last week and took a vacation to Virginia Beach. I didn’t skip working out though, i skip one or 2 days but just do calendar workout w/o equipment which i love doing with HR. Thank you so much HR for always there whenever i go, your workout help a lot.

    This is very cruel, took me 3 days to recover. It became an instant favourite of mine but I have to be careful when to use it as I am a runner too and will need to pause running for 2 days at least after this. Thank you very much Heather
