This is one of my favorite workouts - perfect length, very challenging, and great for targeting all major muscle groups when you need full body but don't have much time. Would love more workouts like this!
Thank you for your workouts. They are so balanced and I you can really do them at any level. I started them with 3lb and 5lb and have been slowly increasing my resistance and challenging myself. I go back to my favorite and see how much stronger I have gotten and how much my endurance has improved. Your workouts are my little bit of peace on the morning. Thank you Heather🏋♀️ ❤😊

I really like this channel , very well structured workouts and in two weeks I felt the difference but im 45 now😅 I can't do what I use to do before my knees is not handling it very well.

Thank you for another great workout. Just sweat buckets. Love this kind of workout using heavier dumbbells. A workout that concentrate on slower movements but extremely effective for toning and strengthening! More of such workout please!!

Yes more full body strength with dumbbell workouts please! I love HIIT, but there is only so much HIIT that one can/should do and youtube is flooded with HIIT, but less so with well-tailored dumbbell strength workouts. And thank you Heather! Longtime subscriber and lover of your channel and work :)
