    Can't wait to do this tomorrow. When pandemic 1st hit, I was struggling with consistency. I'm now down 40 pounds thanks to Heather's workouts. I'm forever a committed supporter of her workouts ❤

      She’s the best! I struggled finding a way to make working out more engaging when I stopped going to gyms last year, but Heather’s channel provides a lot more excitement with its variety. Forever a committed supporter of hers as well! 💪

    Why I liked this routine...
    1. Simple movements so you can focus on proper form.
    2. 40 secs of work, 20 secs rest
    3. Total time: 40 mins
    Don't get me wrong, I did sweat like crazy and the heart was pumped, so overall - for me - I loved this workout.

    This is one of my favorite workouts - perfect length, very challenging, and great for targeting all major muscle groups when you need full body but don't have much time. Would love more workouts like this!

    This is one of my favourite sweat sessions. I love that it's split into four rounds and has only two sets. A little cardio gently thrown in but didn't take away from the strength. I can feel it through my whole body! Def want more of these please! Thanks as always ❤

    I just recently completed your 12 week 2.0 plan & absolutely loved it. Over the years I've followed different workouts...but nothing has motivated me to this level until now. I've always been active but was scared to lift any weight beyond 2lbs because of severe arm pain post pregnancy that doctors couldn't figure out. Once I started your workouts I decided I would start increasing weight and see what happened. Guess what? I feel the strongest I ever have in my life and that arm pain is virtually non existant! Your workouts are structured so well and I appreciate so much that you've made them available for free!! Thanks Heather :)

    Thank you for your workouts. They are so balanced and I you can really do them at any level. I started them with 3lb and 5lb and have been slowly increasing my resistance and challenging myself. I go back to my favorite and see how much stronger I have gotten and how much my endurance has improved. Your workouts are my little bit of peace on the morning. Thank you Heather🏋‍♀️ ❤😊

    Total Body Strength Workout done which I see I repeated from 9 months ago.Really enjoyed it.Used mostly my 12.5kg and 10kg but on the bridge my 24kg and on the rear flies and swing(my back) the 7kgs.On the question of what would I like to see more or less of,my answer is I like the variety you give us and I trust your knowledge to give us a balance of sessions.I do the Calender trusting that and my contribution to me and my body is to show up 5x a week and press PLAY.Thanks again for everything Heather!!!😁

      I did the same. I fully agree that the results obtained are far better despite the constant warnings against TH-cam posts. I've suffered 3 injuries in indoor PT training, so the risks are the same!

      Totally agree! I was considering a gym membership last year before COVID hit and that put an end to my workout plans - until I discovered Heather’s videos. (I’m forever grateful to the person who recommended her!) Never felt stronger and in better shape. ❤️❤️ #teamheather

    Started training with your free program during the pandemic in 2020 when I couldn't hit the gym anymore. Had to stop a couple of months at the beginning of 2021 because I was [finally] diagnosed with fibromyalgia. However, this did not stop me 💪 just made some adjustments to fit my daily pain...If I didn't have access to these workouts I must certainly be sulking in a dark place. Thank you for all your work! I totally enjoy them & my body needs this daily dose of exercise. Never going back to the gym, that's for sure :)

    I discovered your channel a couple of months ago - (actually my husband did) and I have been doing your workouts ever since. I'm a pretty fit 60+ year old but I was looking for more variety with dumbbells - and my workouts, in general - and I just love your workouts! Challenging and effective.     I had surgery on my lower back (L5) in November 2021....every since I was told to stay away from HITT workouts, CrossFit etc. and do more controlled strength focused movements to get back into shape. Easier said than done, especially when I LOVE all the high intensity workouts sooo much. Well this workout had just the perfect combination!!! Thank you so much Heather and PLEASE more of these type of workouts for me 🙂

    Loved this!❤ please make more of these total body strength workouts with minimal to no cardio for those like me who does a separate cardio. I run 3x a week for training so I prefer having pure strength workout sessions

I was wondering if you could post a strength workout with less squats. I feel squats make thighs even bigger for endomorph body types - it does in my case, not sure about how it works for others :)

    I love this type of workout. It is slower paced so I can use heavier weights and focus on form. I really liked the groups of sets. Please do more like this!

    Great workout! I love that you incorporate the warm up and cool down into the workout so I don't have to look elsewhere. Great job!

    your workouts are amazing and challenging ..id love to see a bit more at the beginning of the weights your using and what we need for the class ..also some modifications in the circuit using kettlebells helps break up the monotony for me ...and modifications of the excersie so we can progress to yo9ur level if were not there yet . Thank you for making this free !
