@Path C... This is for Elders/Elderesses! I'm in my 60s and some of these were too "easy" for me so I have to modify some or do longer reps and/or multiple sets to actually "feel" them.
If you workout/stretch multiple times a week - even if for 5-10 mins your body will get stronger and more agile.
Hi i am 61 years old already, and this is my first time i saw this video...do it's little hard for me some of it.. but i finished it..i will do this everyday until i get used.. love it.❤
