Thank you for this, I had to alter a few of the exercises because of my legs, but overall would highly recommend for people with limited mobility like me. Ever since I got my wheelchair I've been feeling a little down about my stomach region, which has now gone fairly soft. Will continue to use this, much love

Good one I just completed my 58th day of belly workout excluding 5 resting days in between ! Each day 30 minutes for ten days I did it for ten minutes only but rest all days 30 minutes a day !

Thank you for this, I had to alter a few of the exercises because of my legs, but overall would highly recommend for people with limited mobility like me. Ever since I got my wheelchair I've been feeling a little down about my stomach region, which has now gone fairly soft. Will continue to use this, much love

Good one I just completed my 58th day of belly workout excluding 5 resting days in between ! Each day 30 minutes for ten days I did it for ten minutes only but rest all days 30 minutes a day !

It does work, once you stick with it and keep it up,,roughly after one month you will see changes, cos depends how big/small you are😅👍
