      @@doga- I also do squats 100 reps, donkey kicks 100 reps, kick lunges, 50 reps and hip bridge 50 reps. I cut off sweets and I do OMAD (One meal a day)

    Day 1: Completed. Made me sweat a lot. Not too difficult but feeling good!
    Day 2: Missed it. Got a bit lazy.
    Day 3: Completed. Regretted missing 1 day. But I dont intend to miss again!

    Guys tomorrow is gonna be my first day of this exercise I'm 13 yr 155 cm and 59 kg 😢 i loss a lot of weight with intense diet but the moment when i started to eat sugar again and got puberty at the same time i was like a balloon i was 50 kg and now I'm like 58-59 i need it to make it up to at least 50 but my aim is to strike 43 kg which was my weight at 2021....

      I hope you’re still working at it! I went through the same thing at your age, and I managed to lose 40 lbs back then. I felt like a million bucks after that!
      Unfortunately, I gained the weight back after I became ill from an autoimmune disease, so I’m getting into exercise again, now that my rheumatologist has my illness under control.
      Don’t ever give up on yourself. You’ll get there if you just keep moving your body!

    I don't have much energy to exercise today but this workout is easy to follow and easy on my body. I sweated a lot, my heart's beating fast but I'm not out of breath. This is a good exercise for days I don't feel like moving but needed to be consistent with my workout routine. Thanks 😘

      @@jankipatel9917 You have to be in a deficit to lose weight. You won't lose weight without being in a deficit. You need to burn more calories than you eat. Your body requires a certain amount of calories so find that out by using a maintenance calorie calculator on the internet. If you eat your maintenance calorie number then you will stay the same weight, however if you eat your maintenance calories and workout you will lose weight (you can also eat less than your maintenance calories but you should never go under 1200 calories because your body will go into starvation mode and try to keep fat).

    I’m following various workouts of Mizi from an hour to 30 and i feel great. I love how theres no jumping etc so you can quietly workout in your private space without disturbing anyone! i’ve defo sweated so much in this.     Great workout, thanks for posting. I'm a beginner, male, and 62, so at first it felt awkward and clumsy. For anyone new, click on settings (the sprocket) and slow the speed to 0.75 to get familiar with some routines and adjust back to normal with ones that are comfortable. Also, I do 15 minutes, pause for 10, then resume. I hope this helps.

    I already lose 3 kg in a week and I guess my stemina is increasing. I do plank up to 1 min❤ for two times . I will continue this workout for daily basis 💪.
    It has been 3 months, I lose totally 5 kg , turn 60 to 55kg ❤.

      @@kiran-28 hey sweetie! I regularly doing exercises ( at least 6 days in a week, sometimes I took rest) and morning walk . I took calorie deficit diet, more in protein ( eggs,paneer , meat , Mong dal ) and fibers ( green vegetables) less carbohydrates ( less rice , roti ),drinks warm water and drink some fat cutter water( like Meethi seeds water, Ginger water,Lemon water, cumin seeds water)in the early morning and before go to sleep.I calculate my calories in Healthyfime App

    DAY 1: First day and I can really tell that this workout is great and easy.
    DAY 2: Woke up feeling sore especially at legs part but is okay. Still performed the workout since the pain is still bearable.
    DAY 3: Routines are now less difficult.
    DAY 4: I can now easily perform the routines and can feel that I have already became more flexible
    DAY 5: Skipped because of monthly period.
    DAY 6: Skipped again.
    DAY 7: Noticed a little different from before. If I'd do it straight a week, I guess more difference will be noticeable.

    I'm honestly here for fun workout and good music! Great job, Mizi! Challenging myself to do an hour of your combined workouts and eating healthier without carbs, sugar, soda, and junk food for a month. Thank you for creating programs as well that doesn't hurt my wrist (happened to me many times!) or my back. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

    Hi Mizi, I've been doing these exercises for 2 weeks and my stomach size went from 99 to 95!! I am so happy, I had never been motivated to train but I really enjoy doing your exercises, I love your videos so thank you very much you are a great inspiration for me

    I just tried this for the first time, and need to be easy on my lower back due to some lower back pain. It was great! No pain, and it works all the main muscle groups I need to strengthen, especially in the core. And I love that the moves change throughout the workout. Thank you! 😁

    Ive been looking for workout routine that is easy to follow and sustainable. And I saw this, i thought it was just 20min but it was 30 and i was suprised I survived it. Im gonna do this everyday and im gonna come back to update the result. My weight now is 66kg.. and my original weight is 57kg.

    MY GOODNESS THIS WORKOUT WAS EXCELLENT. Simple enough to do and not give up 10 minutes in but will make you sweat and tighten up. I’m blown away and cannot believe it took me this long to discover this workout. Brilliant.

    Just found you today,and I loveeee this ! It's easy though I only last for 20 minutes,,well it s obvious the body is hurt for not having exercise,just live a life in an easy mode every day😂 thank you so much ! Will repeat this again tomorrow,hope it will last 30 minutes !!

    This is my first day doing this workout. I havent move my body in a long time so i wanted to start off with something that is low intensity but also sweat. And this video was the perfect one that i could find. Throughout the video i only rest 1 time and it was bearable for someone who is weak physically like me:). Start out with something that you can do and then build your strength up😊
